Can you cut these? If so how?

Yes you can cut them like other tiles but they do shatter easier with them being glass. Order a few spare just in case!

How do you cut these tiles without them shattering? Can anyone recommend tools, tips etc?

The guy that did mines only used a glass tile cutter small like a pen and he just scored it until it cut the glass I love my bathroom

Can these tiles be stuck on top of kitchen tiles? If so what’s the best method to use?

Yes I suppose so.. they have sticky pads on the back or you coul also add some silicone like I did. Mine have been fine.
