I use this as soon as I feel a cold coming on and daily in the winter and peak allergy season to prevent congestion. Makes skin look lovely and moist too! I left it on by accident and it burned so I ordered a second one. My fault!

Fantastic! The steam is steady and dense, love the fact you can add your own oils to the pads and so easy to use. The only thing I have down graded it to 4 stars instead of 5 for, is that if you want to empty it, and put it away straight after use, it might leak, as it holds the water in the chamber, which was a shock to me when I went to store it...unless you leave it ready to use on a regular basis, which I now do, so its not a problem.for me anymore. But just something to consider

Small, lightweight, easy to use and perfect as part of your DIY home facial equipment. The steam is pretty productive for such a small device and once turned on, starts to steam within a minute or two. I wasn't expecting it to be so good, not when comparing it to steamers used in salons but personally, in my opinion, this little beauty has exactly the same power, steam production and ability but for a lot less money. The only difference is you have to sit infront of the steam, where as in a salon, you lie down and the steamer is able to be positioned over your face. But when considering this, I wouldn't lie down when doing a DIY facial. I'd be sat in a chair at my table! So honestly, this little baby is ideal. So glad I got it. I use it once or twice a week and so does my daughter. The results are salon quality but without the cost of a salon facial, and without having to leave the house to go faff with traffic and parking issues. Highly recommended 👌

I purchased two, one for myself, one as a gift. I used mine four times then the ‘cup’ at the front fell off, cracked where it attaches to the body. It is flimsy so I assumed I had, somehow, managed to touch it to cause it, though I had no recollection of any poor handling. So I opened the second one and used that. I have used the second one three times, being ultra careful, reboxing after every use, taking care at a level which shouldn’t be required if the item is fit for purpose. After three uses the same thing happened, cracks appeared at the base of the cup. When I emptied the reservoir, the cup loosened and a chip fell into the sink. I picked the now loose cup off the machine and found the whole of the section which affixes to the machine was fractured, several cracks. Very disappointed, an obvious design flaw, unfit for purpose.

Excellent steamer. However, the pink adjustable part has eroded and snapped into pieces. Had it for 8 months.

Bought this recently to replace my previous one. Really powerful . Very efficient. Just be careful not to take your face too close .

Ottimo prodotto qualità prezzo, l'ho utilizzato per delle pulizie viso in casa e devo dire che ha una buona prestazione, il vapore che produce è molto efficace. Al momento mi ritengo soddisfatta!

Toll! Und wirklich eine Erfahrung! Sehr angenehm auf der Haut, dachte erst, es tropft und hab mir vorsichtshalber ein Handtuch drunter gelegt, aber nichts da. Die Haut wird sanft umnebelt, und fühlt sich einfach wunderbar dabei und danach an. Auch mit offenen Augen ein Genuss für trockene Augen :) Oder tiefe Atemzüge bei Hustenproblemen und Halsschmerzen. Super vielseitig einsetzbar. Anfangs und kurzzeitig Probleme mit dem Wassertank. Der wird von UNTEN abgemacht. Kurz drunterhebeln und es geht ganz leicht. Habs von oben versucht, von den Seiten, nichts... Vielleicht sollte der Verkäufer/ Hersteller das erwähnen, dann gibts nicht so oft defekte Tanks :) Habe viel Freude mit dem kleinen Gerät. Läuft gerade jeden Tag, für 10 Minuten. Ist schnell, sehr schnell einsatzbereit. Wasser aufgefüllt. Stecker rei. Knopf gedrückt und schon ne halbe Minute später brodelt es schon. Zum abschminken, zur Vorbereitung auf pflege, Gesundheitsfürsorge... Das kleine Ding ist sein Geld allemal wert. Und die Session ist immer wieder sehr, sehr angenehm, da der Abstand Gesicht/ Dampfaustritt ja varriert werden kann.

Perfect at home steamer for those in between facials . Easy to use the only downside is I had to buy a European adapter . I’m in Australia, don’t let that put you of purchasing as it really is a great product..
