Great for trauma kit
This first aid bag is great for a basic kit or a trauma kit, it is not really big enough for everything I want to have in a full first aid. I built a trauma kit inside the bag for my hunting/shooting pack along with one for every car. I have it packed very tight but it still opens easily and with quick access to all contents inside. I like this bag because -small size. -Molle webbing front and rear with tear away straps on rear. -easy to spot color for first aid. -can attach to my jeep tailgate and be easily moved to my pack or belt if needed. I am often out in the desert shooting or hunting and am 1-2 hours from a hospital and 20-30 minutes from good enough cell signal to call for help. My setup for this pack is not for scraped knees but for someone in my party getting shot and trying to make it back to civilization before they die. figured it may help someone to have a list of what I put in mine as it took a while to narrow everything down, this is in no way a perfect list of stuff to put in but for my use it should be fine. outside my pack i have 1x sharpie marker 1x pen 1x waterproof emergency flashlight(splashflash) 1x emt shears( EMT Trauma Shears with Carabiner - Stainless Steel Bandage Scissors for Surgical, Medical & Nursing Purposes - Sharp Curved Scissor is Perfect for EMS, Doctors, Nurses, Cutting Bandages [Red ])-not the best place as they get dirty but better than not having anything to cut with or looking for a knife- 1x Molle D-ring( YDO Tactical Multipurpose Grimloc Locking D-Ring for Molle Webbing 9pcs ) +Inside the pack I have 1x trauma quick clot pak-THE BEST THING TO HAVE IN ANY FIRST AID- most everything else is just supplementing this kit or giving me more of what is in it Adventure Medical Kits Professional Trauma Pak Kit with QuikClot 1x battle tourniquet ( Tourniquet | Best Combat Tourniquets (CAT) | Rapid One Hand Application | Features Windlass & Time Stamp | Highest Quality Survival Gear | Perfect for Military, Hiking & Emergency Kits ) 2x self adhesive bandage wraps ( Ever Ready Self Adhesive Non Woven Cohesive Bandage 2"x5 Yards Pack of 12 FDA Approved ) 2x 5"x9" Trauma pads( Trauma Pads, 5" x 9" COMBINE ABD (PACK OF 5) ) 5X 3"x4"non adherent pads GAUZE PADS NON ADHERING 3 X 4" 100/BOX" 1x Mylar blanket 3x 45cm surgical sutures 1x angled locking hemostat 1x straight locking hemostat +Further inside the mesh back I have 1x homemade small roll of duct tape 1x 40 waterproof matches inside a snack sized ziplock 1 Quart size ziplock holding: 3x iodine vile 2x ammonia inhalant--these are in a plastic tube that used to hold gum(see photos) 2X pair of nitrile exam gloves Disposable Nitrile Exam Powder Free Gloves, 200 Count, Size Medium 2x six pack of skin closures 3M Steri-Strip reinforced Skin Closures - 1/2" x 4" - 10 pack of 6 strip envelope (60 strips) 1x small ziplock of assorted band aids ~10 1x small superglue 3x burn gel packet Pac-Kit by First Aid Only 13-010 Burn Gel Packet (Box of 6) 8x anti bacterial gel packets MEDLINE CUR001109 CUR001109Z Curad Bacitracin Ointment (Pack of 144) 4x Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream Packet Pac-Kit by First Aid Only 18-012 Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream Packet (Box of 12) 5x Tylenol 2pack Tylenol Extra Strength Caplets, Pouches of 2, 50 Count This kit is addressing injuries up to getting shot, as stated above the adventure kit trauma pack is the best thing anyone can have in a first aid kit, it is basically a smaller version of what I have built here and I even include it as the first go to for major injury. the ziplocks seam silly but I purposely have things in ziplock bags for treatment of sucking chest wounds. There are other items I would like to have such as a splint but what I have listed requres strategic placement for the bag to close correctly, even tho it is very tight the bag does open very easily and you can have anything in it in 1-2 seconds making it perfect for quick treatment. The tear away straps on the rear of the bag are also nice, they take a minute or two to mount on the tailgate of my jeep but with a firm tug on the bag it pulls out immediately and does not stag at all. The bag easily carries on a belt using the same straps and it small enough to not hinder movement or kneeling at all.

Great little bag.
This pouch is much bigger than I expected. My fault for not checking the dimensions. The quality is better than much of the "military grade" stuff I was issued in the Navy. The material seems very durable. The zipper seems very sturdy and the stitching is very good as well. Overall a great product. There is a small compartment for a pamphlet or small manual such as those small first aide instruction briefs. The cross is a Velcro patch and is easily removable. I like it, so it stays. This bag has so many more uses than just a medical kit. I use it as an all-around emergency bag for hiking. I keep it on my belt in case I lose my bag. It has a mini survival kit in it as well as all my first aide material. It is long enough for my Epipens, which are a must for me in the back country since I am deathly allergic to bees and wasps. The bag is a little on the heavy side: as far as hiking goes, this is a huge drawback for me, but I find it's usefulness worth the few extra ounces. I will buy a few more of these for sure to keep in my vehicles as emergency kits. It would also fit nicely in the mini tool compartment on my motorcycle.

Tough, high quality lFAK pouch with enough room inside for an ER!
The pouch is definitely a lot heavier than it looks and I'm not complaining. Before purchasing, I really didn't know what to expect. It was a very good price and it just so happens it came with matching quality! The paracord zippers make it easy to open and close and is a great additional feature when compared to similar products in its price range. The velcro on the front panel is of high quality and holds the supplied patches (first aid cross patch included) extremely well. The MOLLE webbing is also high quality. Orca Tactical has a newer rip-away version as well (which I will be buying soon), but the snap buttons held strong when I attached it to my pack. The inside has plenty of space for a plethora of items. I have yet to find a pack this size with as much space inside. I mainly use it for my IFAK. It does its job and it does it well, but I would most likely go with a different option if building an emergency trauma kit. The pouch comes shipped in a sealed bag and NOT STOCKED with any supplies. However, I love the fact that I can customize the pouch how I want it with a ton of room for extras. I would like to see the next version with outside straps that would fit my shears and tourniquets similar to the Vanquest fatpacks, but that doesn't take away from the high quality of this pouch for a much lower price point. I am definitely considering Orca Tactical as my go-to company for future pouches and kit building. These kits are sure to last a LONG time!

Solid construction and attractive.
I purchased this bag for my self/buddy care kit for my C.E.R.T activities, to replace an older one that was not MOLLE and had to be jerryrigged to my pack. It is excellent quality. Heavy Duty fabric, solid stitching, and just has a rugged feel to it. The inside is roomy enough for a good amount of supplies, with elastic bands on both sides of the bag to hold larger supplies. I confess that I would have preferred the nylon mesh supply bag be sewn into the bag, as I just know it is eventually going to get lost, along with everything in it. The outside features a three by four array of MOLLE webbing, the top row of which has velcro loop tape sewn solidly across its entire length (about 5.5"). This leads to the second design change that I would have made - putting Velcro on all three rows of MOLLE loops would have greatly increased flexibility of use. I want to put my name on the top row, the First Aid patch in the center, and team designation on the bottom. But I understand that this is a personal use case that may not be typical. Overall, it's a very nice bag, and well worth the money I paid for it.

Orca tactical first aid pouch
This first aid pouch is pretty nice, I bought a first aid kit from Harvard freight which cost me about 15 or16 bucks. It’s perfectly in there. I can upgrade later you get packet right on the back of the rucksack which I got from orca also. Got the red one vibrant color

Worth a LOT more. You won't be disappointed.
I delayed writing this to get some time in with the pouch. It has held up very well and is a nice size for intermediate use. It's not a combat medic's pouch, it's a bit bigger than most iFAK's, but it's a nice in between size. It is also relatively flat compared to some pouches like this. Depending on your needs that can be helpful to keep bulk to a minimum. Obviously if you are limited in MOLLE or belt space you'll have a different priority. Zippers work well and the MOLLE appears to be well done and properly spaced. I haven't attached it to anything but did mess around using some MALICE straps to see how it would fit if I decided to. In my case I'm using it in a backpack as an organizational pouch. Internal organization is good. There are changes I would make, but that's true of most pouches, they can't be perfect for everyone and I have yet to find one that is perfect for me. There is plenty of room yet the material is not flimsy, I don't have any concern that the internal dividers won't hold up. Overall construction is good. Not high end, but better than most. Certainly better than anything else I've seen in this price range. For triple the money I'd still be impressed.

Choose Wisely! Orca Tactical Makes This and Another Slightly Larger MOLLE EMT bag!
I previously purchased two Orca Tactical MOLLE EMT Medical First Aid kit bags/packs that were slightly larger and included an additional pocket and extra removable bag for $18.99 each. After receiving this slightly smaller bag ($14.99), I do like the other ones better because they have more room and the additional extra bag for carrying items. However, with that said this Orca Tactical bag/pack is great quality and will do the job needed. I'm specifically using this one to hold various tools and every day carry (EDC) items. I used one of the larger Orca Tactical packs for my EMT bag (and it works GREAT!) and the other one for survival gear (fire starters, water purification, knife, emergency blanket, etc.). This Orca Tactical bag/pack cost $14.99 (and was $13.99 the day after I ordered) while the slightly larger Orca Tactical EMT bags/packs were $18.99. So just be sure you shop for the bag/pack that fits your needs. Like I said, this one works great for my intended purpose (tool kit) while the other two Orca Tactical bags/packs work great for my other purposes (EMT and survival kits). If I purchased it all over again, I would have purchased the slightly larger bag instead of this one. But it has to do with the storage space and nothing to do with the quality. All the Orca Tactical bags/packs are excellent quality and durable. Good zippers, pockets, D rings, and MOLLE straps.

Great product, Great price!
After quite a bit of research for a quality first aid pouch, I decided on this one. I was frustrated with the first aid kits you can buy because of their size and lack of practical contents, so I decided to make my own. This pouch was a perfect vessel for everything I needed to carry in a first aid kit while keeping the size as compact as possible. It really does feel like the perfect size when in a daypack or stored in the truck. The construction of the pouch feels quite sturdy with the Molle webbing and a quality zipper. I have mine packed quite full and the zipper had no trouble holding together. You do have to get quite creative while packing it to maximize the space but that makes you think through what you actually need to carry. My only suggestion would be to add more pockets on the inside for keeping things secure. If you had this attached to a pack with the Molle system and had loose things in the pouch when you open it, I could see that being a bit cumbersome. However, with my pouch not being attached to a pack, I can keep the loose items inside from falling out when the pouch is opened. I would definitely recommend this product!
