Too small—I’m normally a Large, so go a size higher if you buy this shirt.
Eventually, I’m going to lose some weight, because I LOVE the look of this shirt. It’s super tight on the waist. I shouldn’t have to order XL’s, but sizes have changed and it’s super annoying.

Should Work Well...
...for the patch that I will be sewing onto the shirt's lapel. White and red isn't the easiest color combo to find and I wanted something with red trim in just the right places. This fills the bill nicely. The material is a bit shear, but this is common with a lot of white cottons. It appears well-constructed-enough and is light and very breathable too. Be sure and order at least two sizes up! I usually favor a large but needed a 2XL for a quality fit.

XL is small
I’ve purchase one other American apparel XL t shirt that fit perfectly and assumed this one would as well. I was wrong, I ripped off the tags, tried it on and it was very small on me. I don’t recommend purchasing this henly
