Where can I buy a suitable frame for this puzzle?

I got one from Walmart for around $20. It wasn’t an exact fit. But the puzzle didn’t move around and no one could tell.

Does this come with the tool to spread glue? The instructions show a tool but I didn't see one in the box.

Mine came with the “spreading tool”. It is around one-fourth the size of a credit card and bright red in color, so it should not be easy to miss (unless they forgot to package it in the box). It is inside the box, but not inside the plastic bag containing the jigsaw pieces.
