The history and explanation of Lean methodology
There is No better way to conduct process improvements than the Toyota Method of Lean beginning with observation and on to value stream mapping of the current state, followed by A-3 problem solving using every step in a specific order to begin a plan for transition to Lean. This book starts with a brief history of the brilliant Taichung Ono and his work with Toyota automobiles.
