While it’s solidly built and very well engineered, the thing that amazed me was the level of customer service they provided. I miscalculated my i-beam width and as a result there was a 1/4 inch gap between the edges of the mount and my beam. I texted them and got an immediate response. When that solution (we’ll, my misinterpretation of their solution) for the fix didn’t work I texted again. I got a phone call from a Firstlaw rep within an hour, and he talked me through the solution. I’ve installed my mount and it fits perfectly and rolls beautifully. Back to the product itself: it is really smartly engineered, the materials are sturdy, and the finish quality is top notch. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase decision. Bottom line: Firstlaw Fitness is a first-class operation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for home gyms/very well made *by B***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 2, 2016* I have two Firstlaw Fitness I-Beam Rolling Punching Bag Mount. My I-beams are 7.25 inches wide and I have 10 foot ceilings. It is also important to note that I have exposed TJI floor joists, and manufacturer recommendations are very clear that home owners are not to drilling holes in TJI joists (very easily can compromise the integrity of your joists... and my GC agreed and strongly urged me to avoid drilling into my TJI joists). So, after much research, I decided to purchase the Firstlaw I-Beam rolling mounts, and could not be happier. My nine year son can easily move both my heavy bags (120 pound KO Muay Thai/Tear Drop bag and 150 pound Outslayer Muay Thai bag - I also have a junior KO Muay Thai bag on a tradition cheaper i-beam mount, which I do not like more many reasons). My wife loves the rolling mount system because both of my bags can be very easily moved out of the way when she is working out, lifting, doing cardio, etc. I have all three of my bags on the same I-beam and move them back and forth for training purposes. This product seems to be very well engineered and constructed, and easily installed (took me ten minutes for the first one and five for the second). I strongly recommend this product, plus it's a USA made product (PA based). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy as sliding them in and out! *by C***Z on Reviewed in the United States on December 14, 2018* We love these things so much we got 6. Everyone at the gym always compliments them and can’t believe there’s such an invention like this. We’re able to pull them out when we’re using them. And then pushing them back to the side when we’re not using it. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/192404450-firstlaw-fitness-i-beam-rolling-punching-bag-mount-black-3](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/192404450-firstlaw-fitness-i-beam-rolling-punching-bag-mount-black-3) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
