EGO POWER+ Electric Lawn Mower, Self-Propelled Cordless with Select Cut and Touch Drive, Includes 56V 7.5Ah Battery and Rapid Charger – LM2135SP

My mower: LM2135SP POWER+ Mower 21" Select Cut™ System with Touch Drive™ Self-Propelled Kit (7.5Ah Battery) It came with an extra FREE 5Ah battery when I bought it. I'm in the honeymoon phase, but this mower has been amazing! I am DEEPLY impressed with my EGO battery tools, and this is coming from a heavy skeptic and heavy pre-purchase researcher. I was turned off by the stupid, modern aesthetics of the EGO mowers, but compared to everything else on the market, the EGO mowers seemed to get the best reviews. I am just annoyed by the modern, crinkly design aesthetic. The mower *could* be a smooth turtle shell design, which would be amazingly easy to clean with a single wipe. Instead we've got a plastic shell that has infinite creases, slopes, flats, valleys, hard-to-reach areas and whatever. But I guess that's what people like these days. So I grabbed this deal (with the FREE extra 5Ah battery, and I am so glad that I did! Firstly, this mower is way lighter than I was expecting. It looks like a monster in the listing, but it's actually extremely light. Love the front and rear handles, great design! I am replacing a 30 year-old Black and Decker corded electric mower, and this new EGO mower is much lighter. And yes, my corded mower lasted me 30 years! I bought it in 1995. I'm not expecting the same from the EGO, but it is often true that "they don't make 'em like they used to". My lawn is about 3000 square feet and it has lots of obstacles and crinkles, but is generally flat. This mower has a self-propelled mode that is nice and easy to use, but I mostly don't need it. You can easily push or pull this mower with one hand. My grass is not "lush" and the cut with the stock blade setup is excellent to me. Also, I have always bagged my grass, but now I have decided to just use the side discharge chute and HOLY MOLY I cannot believe how well this mower mulches. The grass coming out of the chute is almost like a powder. I'm not joking. This mower has way more power than I was expecting! You can hear the grass being sliced by the fast moving blades as you go. The design of the grass side chute, though, is surprisingly lame. It just kind of wedges in position with the rear, spring-loaded door just kind of lopsidedly holding it in place. Still works though. Love the 4 position handle, and the grass cutting height adjustment is crazy easy to use... but it was also easy on my old corded mower. Secondly, I was able to mow my entire lawn, trim my entire lawn, and clean up with a blower with a SINGLE 7.5Ah battery that had two full bars left over when I finished. Astonishing. (yes, I also have the EGO trimmer/blower combo) I have large oak trees in my lawn, and I have to be sure now to clear the lawn of the twigs and such that fall from these trees. The EGO mower is light for a reason... it doesn't feel like it could withstand having twigs smashed around on the underside. If I didn't clear the debris, I would expect to have cracked and holey plastic around the blades. But this is all just speculation at the moment. I do kind of wish the blade area was made of metal.

This Electric lawnmower is outstanding. I just received it, set it up (very easy) and mowed the lawn. This is a very light lawnmower and easy to manuver. It cuts well and is very easy to adjust the height. Came with two batteries, a charger, and a grass catcher. Well worth the money I spen ($650)

I’ve always owned gas lawnmowers, and honestly, my last one was so frustrating it felt like I spent more time trying to start it than actually mowing my yard. I finally gave up and decided to try an electric mower, even though I was pretty nervous about making the switch. Holy crap, am I impressed. I’ve only owned it a short time, but so far I absolutely love it. I’ve already mowed my own yard plus my mom and dad’s yard and my sister’s yard, and the battery life has been excellent. I can mow my entire front and back yard and still have battery left over. The cut quality is honestly better than any gas mower I’ve owned. My grass looks cleaner and prettier after mowing, and my sister even commented on how good her yard looked after I finished. The self-propelled feature is awesome too. I really like that it has different speed settings instead of just one fixed speed. It makes mowing way more comfortable and actually kind of fun. It also came with more options than I realized — side discharge, rear bagging, and other features that make it really versatile. I know it’s still new, but so far I highly recommend this mower. I’m seriously impressed with how powerful, convenient, and easy it is to use.

This has exceeded my expectations being my first electric mower. Quiet enough that keeping my chickens away from it while I mow is my greatest challenge! It is fairly lightweight but still feels well built and has had plenty of power for knocking down some of my rougher areas that had overgrown. Self-propulsion is nice when going up hills. Has LED lighting for working into the sunset and a nice set of blades and accessories for mulching, bagging or using a side chute.

I was surprized at how easy this mower was to unpack. It comes assembled, except for the attachments and battery. Not that the unpacking didn't require some effort,it did! but once I got the box open accessories removed, it rolled right out. Being a 5'3 female, I was happy that I didn't have to enlist help. The battery is super easy to put in....charges fast- maybe 30-40 mins. The charge lasted for the duration of mowing both the front and backyard- with a little battery power still left over. Please note that I have a SMALL yard! Large yards are take both batteries. I used the mulching blade and mulcher shoot.... as that was how the mower came, and I don't really like bagging my grass. It worked perfectly. It did leave 2 small clumps (my grass was dry, and a little high)- but I just mowed over it and they disappeared! There were reviews that the grass got clogged in the mulcher when wet, so don't mow wet grass is the lesson there. When I was done the mower was pretty darn clean! I just took a blower to remove any grass clippings that were hanging on. There is a con to this mower....which is why I only gave it four stars. There is no physical oweners manual and it took me awhile to figure out to get the blades to engage. You have to start the mower in a precise order. I went online and found the manual and all was good. Also it took a little practice with the self-propel function, this puppy will run! Once I got accustom to mower response mowing was a breeze. So glad not to have pull a crank or store gas in my garage! Comes with another set of blades, 2 batteries and charger. Bag Attachment for clippings, side shoot and mulching shoot. Overall- it's a winner - at least for now. If I run into future problems will update review. Okay, I have a vacation home that we visit every couple of weeks or so. I've been paying someone to cut the grass and edge there for a couple of years. I finally decided since I was paying for 2 houses every 2 weeks it would just make much more sense to purchase a mower I can throw in the back of my car (or my trunk) and take it with me to do the work myself. Obviously that means I had to go with an electric mower. I did plenty of research and landed on the eGo LM21355SP. What a GREAT decision. It's already paid for itself after just 5 months. It runs great it's maneuverable, it handles high grass (which was my biggest concern) and I can get the entire yard done on a single charge. It's lightweight so easy to throw in either the backseat (no oil, no gas) or in the trunk. Our vacation home is at the beach where EVERYTHING rusts so the heavy duty strong plastic material is a tremendous bonus! Being plastic was my second concern, turns out it's a REASON to BUY! This is hands down the best value for the money I have spent in years as a home owner. I'm now in control of when my yard gets cut and as you can see by the images provided this thing handles even grass I would never expect it to be able to handle! If you are on the fence... Just do it! Worth every penny and I wish I had purchased this beast sooner! Great job, batteries charge fast and provide the charge advertised. A little over 1 hour for the 7.5ah and a little over 45 minutes for the 5.0ah battery. Awesome mower! FIVE STARS and if I could give it more I would. Honest Review and purchased with my hard earned money, but already paid for itself!

I bought this Ego lawnmower to replace my older one (7 years old, which still worked great). What an awesome machine!! Easy to use, love the self-propelled option and the many blade choices. Mowed my lawn faster with this new mower and the grass looks impeccable. Glad I bought this new Ego model. We got the free, extra battery promotion from Ego, which made it a good deal. We live in South Florida and have St Augustine grass.

I absolutely love this battery powered lawn mower. Was very hesitant to go with a battery lawn mower but I had such a hard time with my gas mower. It was a good brand but I guess I just got a lemon and it wore me out. The EGO lawn mower is absolutely lighter and easier to handle. It does a great job and the batteries work a long time and charge very quickly. I am over 65 female and this mower really is a game changer for me! 100% recommended!

Had an elderly Honda 53 which became rusty. I thought of a straight replacement as it had served me well. Which? referred me the Ego. I was pleasantly surprised to find a 53. It is about 10 kilos lighter which was a big plus as i grow old. The collection bucket seems to hold more than previous mower which saves time and mess. Little bit tricky to get accustomed to controls. I live on a slope and lawn is not straightforward but i find it easy and quick with the Ego. The battery easily copes. I have only used the Ego 5 times but so far seems an excellent purchase.

The product itself is amazing. I had to re-buy a battery. I was like one did not come with it as promised by the seller. That being said ego has great product. Cuts my grass so beautifully it’s crazy.

Number 1 Lawn mower Happy with the price and quality. Purchased mostly for my wife I do have a Gas lawnmower works great but I’m starting to use it myself.
