Scottish Blend 80 Tea Bags (2 Pack)

Delicious Tea
It is tasty using American water too, even though it says it's blended for Scottish water. It's neither weak nor bitter. The strong tea is smooth.

Smooth
I first purchased this tea at a big box store.I will say that it's a smooth tea. Great hot or cold. I was super excited to see that I could order it. A favorite of mine and I drink it daily. I would of course recommend it and order it again and again and again.

A very hearty tea especially blended for hard water
I discovered this tea a few years ago on a hiking trip to Scotland. The tea was bracing, delicious and always made a nice clear cup of tea. I brought some home with us and used it guardedly hoping not to run out. I was not sure what made it blended for "Scottish water" but enjoyed it as a reminder of our trips to Scotland. I discovered that it is especially blended for hard water. I was delighted to find that I could buy the tea on Amazon and also found that it is especially blended for hard water. We have exceedingly hard water from our well so it is perfect for us. If you like strong tea that develops robust tannins when steeped longer, this is one for you. If you like a lighter tea, you probably won't like it as much. I experimented with a shorter brewing time and it just does not develop the rich flavor of the stronger tea. If you like tea with milk this is perfect since you get a strong tea that does not disappear with a healthy dose of milk.

Not as good as they used to be.
They claim that it is the same blend but I don't think so. Unilever abandoned the pyramid bags as well. It's still very good but not quite hitting the mark.

My morning tea
I absolutely love this tea! The flavor of this tea is bold & rich. Also, provides a nice little caffeine kick start to my mornings which has completely replaced coffee for me!

Excellent tea, a true taste of Scotland.
From a Scot, living in Florida... A true taste of home. Yes, it’s not the same when brewed with the hard water over here, but it’s still much better than any other “breakfast” tea I’ve managed to find over here so far.

The real deal
This is the same Scottish tea that my daughter-in-law brings back from Scotland when she goes to visit her family near Glasgow. It's our favorite tea and goes very good with McVitie's Rich Tea Biscuits.
