Really poor translation riddled with grammatical and spelling errors

I live and China and have owned a couple of Xiaomi phones, and this book answers a lot of the questions I've had about the popularity of the phones and the success of the company in creating a good ecosystem for employees and most importantly how they built a loyal customer base through endless promotions and customer events. Worthwhile reading not just for the phone owners, but gives some insights into Chinese corporate culture.

Lei Jun is one of the most famous entrepreneurs in Chinese IT industry. At beginning, many guys called Lei as Leibusi which means he is another Steve Jobs in China. But now, Lei will not accept this nickname because he is running business in his way. This book has given us a very clear map on how Lei and Xiao Mi made success since beginning.
