I am not a physician . I am telling about my situation Excellent , there is a difference in the fit of my clothes. I do have an auto immune disease . So therefore, it reduces the inflammation .There needs to be four hours window when taking certain medications .

This seems to be a very high-quality product. The inclusion of ginger and black pepper and the fact that they name the curcuminoids backs up my experience with it. I’ve also been using the same as a tincture in my teas and I notice my metabolism is better and I feel a little slimmer around the waist. I also have better energy and don’t need to nap in the middle of the day. Best of all is knowing I’m getting the amazing health benefits of turmeric in a high potency. 4-8 grams was the amount they used in a study on cancer prevention/ remission so that’s what I aim for and with this one it’s not hard to get there. So far so good!

It took awhile, but this product has helped me immensely. I injured my left shoulder while moving my home 6 months ago. It hurt to lift anything, even sleeping hurt. After 3 weeks of taking the recommended dosage my pain is almost nonexistent. I know it works for me because I have gotten busy and forgot to take it for a couple days and my pain returned, then start taking it again and my pain is nearly gone. I'm certain I need to see a Doctor at some point, but for now this is an alternative that works for me

I love the product due to no aroma or taste of turmeric. I don’t purchase any longer as I opted for the “subscribe & save” option at a price point of $13.29 after taxes, etc. ….to my surprise the second shipment was cancelled due to price increase of over $19! I went to another brand with same ingredients and a way better price point. Ivvion Organic was at $15.99, and now they are increased price….but for 120 pills (90 in Orbit) so still better price.
