I'm an early 40's guy who works 10+ hour days on my feet as a Chef. This past year I developed Plantar Faciitis and had some pretty intense heel and arch pain. I have high arches on my feet, and have traditionally only used a few insoles. A friend at work recommended the Powerstep brand, and I went with the high arch variant. Here's my pros and cons so far: Pros: Immediate relief from the first time I put them in my shoes and wore them. Some reviews mention a break in time, but I didn't really feel the need for it. They literally fell like a hug for my high arches, and I now never want to feel my feet in shoes without high arch support! These have great support in the heel cup and are somewhat firm with a little give from the heel cup to the front arch area, then they get flexible near the toes (shown in video) with the padding slimming out. I ordered the 11-11.5 size insoles and wear size 11 shoes, and they fit great with most of my collection. Although, I can see these possibly being wide near the heel for women's shoes, as they're not as wide. Overall I'm very satisfied with these, and will return for an update after 4-6 months of wear to check in on durability. Cons: They do not fit in narrow dress shoes, or low profile shoes. I have a pair of Adidas Samba with the factory insole removed and I have to loosen the lacing a lot to accommodate the Powerstep insoles, and even then it's a tight fit. These are definitely best for shoes with a thick removable insole from the factory so they can accommodate the height of the Powerstep insoles. These aren't as universal of a fit as some lower profile insoles I've tried, but absolutely expected that from reading reviews and seeing the side profile of the insoles in product pictures.

These are the best!! I have bought several different foot support to help with my plantar fasciitis and these help wonderfully! I seldom write reviews but if you suffer from plantar fasciitis, get these as they do relieve much of the pain and actually I think help in the healing. I’m not a podiatrist but they work for me and pain is much less after wearing these for a couple weeks! I even bought a second pair

I've tried so many different insoles and this is definitely my favorite. At first I was skeptical because the arch support is very firm, however one of the reviews convinced me that this is actually what you need for true support, and it's not uncomfortable. She was right! Now I have these in all my shoes and boots.

This product does not help my supination and makes it worse. It is comfortable and seems good if you just have high arches.

Don’t hesitate to try these if you are in pain from underpronation/supination. I’m sorry it took me so long to get these because for the first time in years I am walking with no pain. When I first got them I thought, no way are these going to help. After less than an hour I was feeling very comfortable and never had my feet rolling out again. Worth every penny and decided I don’t need a podiatrist after all

My sister recommended these to me because her doctor recommended these for plantar fastitis pain and my god I'm so glad I tried them. I was iffy on buying them at all due to the price (although compared to other insoles they are relatively inexpensive, I'm just short on cash) but they helped my foot pain so much it's amazing. I've gone from a level 6 foot pain that was driving me insane to a 1 that barely bothers me within a week of trying them.

Amazing! high arch insoles best I've had out of about 7 different types of insoles including birkenstock and custom orchitics both rock hard. These feel awkward at first and then great they make it so there is no empty space between arch and the shoe lessening the impact.

Didn’t realise that these came in different arch heights and I’d chosen the highest. I thought this might be a problem but soon got used to the extra support. Used them to do the West Highland Way a few weeks ago and my feet were nowhere near as tired and achy as they usually are with other insoles. Great result and will be getting some more.
