I don't normally write reviews, but I had to tell you about these shoes. I chose a five-star rating because the shoe was perfect for me. I normally wear a 10.5, and that's what I ordered in black/black. The fit is perfect. I have relatively narrow feet but I wear a M in most shoes. Sometimes I experience slippage in the heel area with pumps. Not so with these. In fact, if your feet are a little wide, these may not work for you. The leather is beautiful, very soft and supple. It will conform to your feet. This is not a stiff shoe although I think it will offer enough support. What I like most about the shoe is the heel. I have problems with my balance sometimes so the lower heel height is perfect for me. An added bonus is the feminine, curved heel which covers more area than the Cole Haan kitten heels I have of the same height. This gives me better balance. When I get some money or Amazon reduces the price, I'll get another pair.
