**Q: Does this fit 2020 ram 1500?**
A: It should.  It fits my 2020 f150.

**Q: Are you able to spin the bar when it is locked in place?  Do the pads thred into the ends of the poles?**
A: Yes you will be able to rotate the center bar when it is locked in place.  The pads do not thread into the ends of the pole, they are swivel ends, and are not removable.

**Q: Is this reese ratcheting bar currently available? how long will it take to be delivered to ny? will it actually take one to two months?**
A: Came to me in a typical Prime arrival time (2/3 days) but I cannot speak for availability - that’s be more of a “question to seller” rather than a general question for buyers.  They are great bars though that’s for sure... I got 2 of them for my F150, easy to use and durable

**Q: How do you release the latch when you want to remove it?**
A: It works like a normal ratchet. Once the handle is straight up, pull the release tab and open it up all the way, it will release the lock tab.
