Not easy to set up and bad performance
This product was hard to get up and running. The instructions are hard to get thru and then if your sustem(modern and or wifi is running at 5 megs you run into an issue, getting the server to accept the i.p. addresses was super tough! We finally got them online.. I bought 3 bc 1st reviews i saw here were really good! The next problem was once we got them up amd running: you couldnt tell who was who in a brightly lit kitchen at 5 feet away. Uhg. Not for us. Returning now.

Don’t work
I am so disappointed with this product I followed the instructions and at soon I settled went out of battery l contacted the seller and all they said was you need to charge the camera for what I replied with I did that’s why I am contacting you and end of the story basically I lost my money so definitely not recommend

It came with no instructions, can’t use it without the app that I can’t find because nothing came with it. I’ve never been more disappointed from a product I’ve received from Amazon. Would not recommend.
