Reliable hot and cold water
We've been running ours since April 2019 and it's never missed a beat. The price was $280 at the time, and well worth it. For the current price of $400 I might hesitate a bit, but if I needed a second machine I'd buy this again based on nearly four years of operation. The hot water temp is perfect for tea, and cold water is refreshing, and the flavor of both is as it should be. (I.e. better than our local water tastes from the tap.)

Perfect source of "bottled" water without the bottle
We added to our kitchen so we would drink more water and to make hot tea / coffee. It pretty much works exactly as advertised. We connected to our existing RO water filter and everything taste perfect. The hot water is very hot, I brew coffee straight from the tap in a french press. My only gripe is the safety on the hot water level is picky, you must press button before you press the level with the cup. If you press lever first, you have to bring it forward manually to try again. A 5 cent spring would have been a nice touch. Other than that, it is a perfect, unending source of hot and cold water.

This is a great product certainly commercial quality and a nice size for a kitchen counter top. I would recommend an inline water filter and just throw it under the sink. I think they may even have a filter unit that it is built in. I am sure it works great, but I am a fan of buying a very common size water filter unit and just splicing it in between the sink and the cooler. Either way its great! BTW I was going to give my mom my unit because I am leaving the country and had it stored in MN. I should have read the instructions and drained the hot water tank which has a valve underneath. The tank froze and the unit was trashed. I liked it enough to by another one for my mom.

Still works :-)
i purchased a few years ago and use every day/several times a day. The cold water is nice and cold and cold and the hot is steaming. For what more can I ask? Nothing! :-)

So far so good @ 4 months
Purchased in June, its been in heavy use ever since, in a commercial environment. Worked well that, I decided to purchase a second one to cancel my water service altogether. Definitely a good investment (in conjunction with RO filter, if the water in your city is dirty).Edit: Hot water side randomly failed one day, took me a month to figure out there is a "reset" button way down inside the unit. Would be nice if the button is wired so its outside facing.

Hi flow makes this worth the price.
Great water flow especially compared to other water filters where you can spend upwards of a minute to try to fill a glass of water.
