Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner Best Multipurpose Heavy Duty Steamer for Floors, Cars, and More (EU Plug w/UK Adaptor)

We bought the steamer during first wave of Covid. As an allergy sufferer I need to ensure the house is clean of dust mite. Have been using the steamer twice a week to clean everything in the bedroom including mattress, wooden floor, curtains. Additionally, have been impressed when using on bath/shower trey, floor tiles, oven etc. Few weeks ago there was a massive water leak from the boiler- contacted customer care, no questions asked as it was covered by the lifetime boiler warranty. Sent the steamer back ( postage paid by Dupray) and received a new unit 5 days latter. Now that's top notch customer service- Michel is a rockstar! I would highly recommend this product - worth every penny!

Excellent product. Super job on tiled floors, which we have. The cable and hose can get a bit mingled if you are not careful. It leaves floors suitably dry, (As you would expect after steaming). I have also used the pads from my old steamer as well, as the head enables you to add any other suitable cloth. The steam handle can be clicked for continuous steam as well as on a trigger.

It is very nice product but it is shame that hose is attached to body ,in case will damage I can't just replace it easily .otherwise a nice product but I dupray has nicer product then this one. Shame i did not check yours other product .I hope to receive complementary accessories.

This is the best steamer I have ever owned. I say this after having cleaned my floor just one time with this appliance which arrived this morning. I have had three other steamers, all different makes, and although popular with good reviews, none came close. This one just got everything really clean, shifted marks that I would usually have to scrub even after steaming, and left the floor almost dry. One great big WOW for Dupray.

Have only used it Once but found it very good , very well made comes with attachments Which fit well , very light to move around.

Purchased this a few ago and used it a few times and so far its doing an excellent job. Im impressed with its performance. Seems to be a good purchase so far.

Terrible product only equaled by the customer service. Steamer is expensive but doesn't really clean anything. I tried it on floors oven and bbq. produces lots of water which makes a complete mess. The Green light only shows for the first 20-30 seconds to show it's good to go then you have to stop or you just gets a stream of water out of the nozzle. The jet of steam (when working) looks impressive but ultimately does nothing. I can hold my hand in front so I don't see how it could kill bacteria or actually clean anything. I have tried to contact Dupray but all messages have been ignored along with one to Amazon, Trading standards are next. I would avoid this product and company as much as possible.

I have pets. I also have a very, very friendly flock of chickens who make a beeline for the back door the second I open it... . This steam cleaner is therefore my new best friend. The large volume of water heats up in a short time and lasts for absolutely ages, even on continuous steam. The attachments are excellent, and I particularly like that you can clip any old cloth into the floor attachment and don't have to buy lots of extras. The detail cleaning brushes combined with the high pressure (especially when compared with other steamers) is excellent at shifting really stubborn dirt. It even did a pretty good on my ancient shower tray, which has the thinnest, roughest worn out enamel and greatest ability to attract stains of any shower tray I have ever known. The safety is good, too. Obviously, if you put your hand over the steam vent, you will get burnt. Don't do that. From a hand's length away, though, the steam is harmless, even though it shoots much further than that. For this reason, you could also use it as a highly effective clothes steamer, much better than my hand held one. And of course, any little accidents from my feathered friends are easily dealt with, even when dry.

Inizio dicendo che il prodotto è arrivato in tempo ben confezionato e con tutti gli attrezzi come da articolo esposto. Il design è molto bello e sembra quasi un prodotto della apple come qualcuno aveva riferito. Non ingombrante quindi penso che le troverò un posto molto facilmente. Non ho trovato alcuna difficoltà nel suo utilizzo e non ho trovato nulla di scomodo come qualcuno ha riportato. Ho letto di qualcuno che lamentaba un fastidio con il cavo o il filo di alimentazione, boh io non ho notato nulla che non va, il cavo si arrotola sotto l'apparecchio così da non essere ingombrante ed è perfetto. L'ho comprato per risolvere un problema inaspettato con cimici da letto, un guaio, siamo disperate e ho posto tutta la mie aspettative in questo apparecchio dato che dicono sia il vapore la soluzione più effettiva contro le cimici da letto. Qualcuno riportava, addirittura con un video, che il vapore non sia caldo a sufficienza, mio Dio non so come elaborare certi commenti. Il vapore a distanza non può essere troppo caldo, più aumenti la distanza meno percepisci la temperatura, si dovrebbe attaccare la mano al beccuccio o attrezzo ed è ovvio che ti puoi ustionare la mano a 135 gradi. Se metti la mano a distanza di 10 cm da un ferro da stiro sentiresti il calore ma leggero e mai come lo sentiresti se ci attacchi la mano che ti resterebbe incollata e squagliata. A volte basta riflettere un pò. Torniamo a noi, ho bonificato la prima stanza, il vapore è lo sufficiente potente da togliere addirittura qualsiasi macchia dal pavimento o incrostazione vecchia che non potevi togliere con nulla. Ho riportato alcuni mobili della cucina a nuovo, bianco splendente. Ho passato, quindi, il vapore attaccando il beccuccio o spazzola direttamente alla superficie e non a distanza, questo sarebbe il modo corretto, ovviamente c'è il rischio di rovinare la superficie che state pulendo ma in questo vi dovete regolare voi con i movimenti e per quanti secondi lo passate sullo stesso posto. Sarà la soluzione di cui ho bisogno? Risolverà definitivamente il mio problema con queste maledette cimici? Non lo so, lo spero tanto, tengo altre 4 stanze da bonificare e come mantenimento penso passarlo una volta alla settimana per tutte quelle zone a rischio come i letti, reti, materasso, divano. Pertanto mi fermo qui e vi aggiornerò, spero positivamente, tra qualche mese. Aggiornamenti: a distanza esatta di un anno posso dire con precisione che grazie a questo apparecchio abbiamo combattuto efficacemente l'infestazione di cimice da letto, probabilmente l'abbiamo prese a tempo e abbiamo vinto noi. L'apparecchio ci è rimasto utile per fare le pulizie generale ogni mese, ormai se non lo utilizzo per igienizzare e pulire i bagni non mi sembrano realmente puliti. Non ne possiamo fare a meno. Ho avuto qualche problemino per via del cavo di alimentazione a distanza di 9 mesi, ho chiesto al venditore di effettuare il reso e si sono dati da fare subito per assicurarmi un'ottima assistenza. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con il corriere Bartolini che qui in Italia consegna i pacchi spediti con DPD. Il servizio di Bartolini pessimo, i corriere non sono professionisti seri ma stranieri pagati a pochi euro che ti lasciano i pacchi ovunque, speso e volentieri neanche suonano, pertanto vi avviso che queste cose con Bartolini aono molto frequenti, monitorate la spedizione, magari chiedendo codice di invio al venditore per tracciarla anche dal sito di BRT.

De vloer reinigen is heel simpel met deze stoomreiniger! Ik had eerst een andere via Groupon, maar deze is veel makkelijker in gebruik. Ook ovens schoonmaken is makkelijk en er zijn vele opzetstukken die op allerlei manieren gebruikt kunnen worden! Handleiding is overzichtelijk.

J’ai déjà utilisé ce nettoyeur vapeur plusieurs fois, notamment pour nettoyer les joints de ma salle de bain, et la vapeur est vraiment efficace pour bien décrasser. L’appareil est compact et léger, donc facile à déplacer et à manipuler. J’apprécie aussi le cordon d’alimentation qui s’enroule sous l’appareil, c’est pratique pour le rangement. Autre point très pratique : la gâchette peut être bloquée pour que la vapeur sorte en continu, ce qui évite de devoir rester appuyé pendant le nettoyage. Pour le moment, j’en suis très contente et je ne regrette pas mon achat.

Por desgracia, tuvimos un problema de chinches en una cama de uno de nuestros dormitorios. Por eso compré este aparato de vapor de Dupray. En cuanto empecé a usarlo, las chinches salieron de todos los rincones. Gracias a los 130 °C, también mata los huevos. Las buenas reseñas que la gente deja sobre esta máquina también influyeron en mi decisión de comprar esta marca. Tanto el aparato como los accesorios dan una sensación de buena calidad. Es fácil de usar. Solo utilizamos agua destilada. Con 1 litro dura bastante tiempo. La máquina está lista para vaporizar rápidamente, pero tarda mucho en enfriarse, unos 30 o 40 minutos. Estamos muy contentos con esta compra y con nuestra elección.
