Great design. Well packed in shipping box. Simple install.
I wish it had a variable speed fan, but it does not. The unit has a decent filter setup, a little challenging to figure out, but still good! I would recommend this product.

Make sure you know cost to return, still begging for my refund
Will need to be more careful. Package came from warehouse 10 minutes from home. Can't return there so going to cost a lot to return item back to PA. Piece of junk to begin with, size is right but mounting holes in wrong place and would take significant mod to use. CANNOT RETURN TO AMAZON. Do not buy. Company received my return 9 days ago and I have still not received my refund.Finally got the refund with a 30% restocking fee, which was never mentioned.

Item is not stainless steel.
Item had a stainless front plate only and the sides are painted grey.

It's not stainless steel
This product is not stainless steel. It has an inch strip of stainless steel on the very front. The rest is powder coated flat gray metal. It also shipped in a box with no padding or styrofoam and was dented on arrival. Returned.

Works great
This range hood works as I was hoping for. Adequate suction, not too loud and easy to install. The light is a bit too dim for my old eyes, so I installed a bright LED light bar at the wall end.

Some issues but Resller took all in hand
Received the wrong item, after a bit of missed communications, all got well and it sorted out. It is a good thing when all is sorted and all is good.

Good at first
UPDATE: range hood has started making a high pitch noise even when clean. No support from seller after 30 days. Too early after purchase for this type of issue.We just purchased this for an RV. Very relieved it arrived quickly, and undamaged. Easy installation, fit almost perfectly, with a small gap. Seems to work very well, and the light is bright enough for us. Will update if we run into issues but so far very happy.

Good enough, but a wrong color
Item works well, suction is fine, noise is low. The problem is, I have received the wrong color: grey. Just steel painted in grey color (see attached images). In the description color is "black". I'm ok even with SS no paint, but grey color... Also, one button (fan on/off) sticking and functional wrong.
