heating pad worked twice,then would never turn on again. very poor quality. would not recommend.

I have Lupus, fibromyalgia, sjogrens Syndrome and nueropathy. I am in constant pain. My neck is always in knots and it is very stiff all the time. I have pain and nueropathy that run from my shoulders into my arms down my fingers. Let me say this the heat feels amazing on my cervical neck pain. The material is soft and it has padding. It isnt bulky but feels very cozy. I am happy with this purchase.

I used this heating pad for 3 weeks and it completely died. I was very disappointed because I spent a lot of time looking at reviews and it was rated so highly.

I have awful neck and back pain, my shoulders as well often in pain, and hoped this product would help. But it doesn't ever heat up enough for me to get any of the relief I hoped or wanted after reading other reviews. I've tried different ways of wearing it, all heat settings, but it doesn't help me.. at all, personally. I need something with heat that will actually relax or help my muscles just to get a bit looser, but this product was not it.

I warmed up the product, asked my wife to lean forward, and close her eyes, and wrapped this around her neck. She had been complaining of a headache and so the timing of receiving this product was perfect. She instantly smiled and said "I may never get up again!" . It's very nice, it's not too hot, and heavy enough to stay in place but not suffocating. I can't wait to use this in winter!

I am so disappointed to report that this heating pad stopped working after only being used two times. I am not sure what happened... =( I absolutely loved it when I received it, but I was hoping to get more use out of it than only two times. I am now outside the return window, so I can't return it.

I bought this heating pad in Sept. 2019. It no longer works - will not turn on. Ridiculous. this should have lasted years. Do not waste your money!
