Does the pyn32g microsd card come with a warranty? one of the two cards did not work in the phone. the phone does not recognize that it is there.

Yes, the Elite MicroSD card have a lifetime warranty. You can find the warranty details at http://www.pny.com/support/technical-support/flash-memory-cards/warranties-policies .

What format is this card?

It is formatted fat32 for a pc. If you are going to use it in a camera or other device I recommend that you format it in the device or camera for the correct settings.

The description states SDHC but the picture shows SDXC. I need an SDHC and no substitutions. I have already had that happen once. Which will be sent?

For future reference below is the capacity range for the following card types SD - up to 2GB SDHC - more then 2GB up to 32GB SDXC - more than 32GB up to 2TB SDUC- More than 2TB up to 128TB Same types apply to both SD and MicroSD cards.

eill it record high definition?

The card itself doesn't to any recording, the card just stores the data. This really depends on what cards the device supports for HD, check the manufacturers website or documentation to see what SD/MicroSD cards requirements are for the device.
