Loog Pro Acoustic kids Guitar 3-strings Ages 6+ Learning App and Lessons Included

UPDATE: Loog is offering virtual product support and if we’re unable to resolve the issue they have agreed to replace it! 🙏🏻UPDATE 2: although there wasn’t great directions in the packaging (for non-musicians), the customer service rep was polite and helpful … and successfully walked me through using the enclosed string winder to tighten the strings & pegs. I wish I had opened & visually inspected the guitar before Christmas morning so that we could’ve resolved the issue sooner. But it’s working great now! 😊My daughter just opened this on Christmas morning & one of the 3 strings was already broken out of the box. Apparently since I did my Christmas shopping early (October), I don’t see an option to return it!

Bought this for my four year old grandson who loves to play music. My son tuned it and it stays in tune really well perfect size for a four-year-old.

The guitar arrived and looked beautiful. We gave it to our son for Christmas. Within an hour of opening and playing with it, one of the strings snapped. For the price, I was a little shocked the string snapped so quickly. The other reason I am rating this as a 1 star review is the customer service responsiveness. I reached out to Loog about the string and haven’t heard back. It’s only been a week, so maybe response time is a little slow around the holidays. But I was expecting some sort of response.

This was a gift for my 5 year old son’s birthday. He had shown interest in a guitar for a while and I was happy to find a small guitar he could handle that was more than a toy. He loves it. The yellow color is sooo bright and happy looking. The sound is nice as well - I did decide on the Loog Pro instead of the Loog Mini because of the better sound, despite it being for age 8 and up. The packaging was also very nice with flashcards and two guitar picks included in a nice cloth bag. I wish there was a little more to the app. We have only begun to use it, but there don’t seem to be alot of lessons. I contacted customer support to inquire if they knew if We would be able to use the 3 string with Yousician or anything else once we complete the Loog lessons. The response time was quick, but they basically just referred me back to their app - which I obviously already knew about - a more informative response would have been nice. Also the lessons videos are just an adult teaching, would be nice since this is for kids to have an animated teacher or at least a child alongside the adult instructor. So we like the guitar, but really wish they would expand the app to include more, especially for the three string guitars, since I think they are the only maker of such a guitar.

3 strings says it all. I got this because 3 strings was to get me started. I love it got me wanting a 6 string now. Great confidence and i have learned the basic chords using this. That is what i expected anyway you can't expect more it is what it is. Curious mind about the playing a guitar. Love it and leaned to move up
