5 stars for value, overall ease of use, and quality
I wanted to resume upper body exercises and this set of bands appeared to be a great starter. They were also by far the least expensive amongst the numerous similar items on Amazon. I tried the bands today and after testing several combinations, I found one for my desired resistance. The handles come with comfortably padded neoprene; the carabineer-style clamps on the bands make connections and changes super easy.The ankle straps have a long strip of Velcro that makes them secure.The doorstop pull is fitted with a nice foam core to effectively eliminate the strap from pulling out during use.I rate the product 5 stars for value, overall ease of use, and quality.The product would benefit from:1) weight resistance markings on each band2) instructions or photo diagram showing exercise variations3) set of short bands half their length to allow chest pulls

Nice set of bands..im sure i will like them, if there were instructions.. I have really no idea how to use 1/2 of them
