The popularity of this Italian dressing was amazing and grew throughout the Midwest. In the early 70's when Steve Crifasi retired, sold the restaurants and took the recipe with him, no one in the family continued the tradition. We, the third generation, believed enough time had passed and began making our Italian dressing again in 1987 to share its unique quality taste with you, the public!
