Good value. Durable. Same as expensive comps.
Good value. Sturdy enough to last. Made in China. Not this First Aid case is exact same as offered by various sellers, only different branding tag. Buy the $12 version as they are all the same thing.Three compartments ( zips completely open with 3rd fold out. Big enough for major Trauma kits items (tourniquet, multiple bandages, scissors, etc) plus routine minor first aid items (gloves, bandaids, eyewash, antibiotic ointment, aspirins, etc).Recommend for every car and at home. Be prepared.

Easy to Organize First Aid Items with Easy Access
The pouch seems to be very well made with sturdy zippers, clasps, and stitching - of course, only time will tell how it holds up to regular usage. There is ample room for all of the supplies to include in a standard, portable emergency medical kit. It also contains numerous compartments and loops within that are well designed for convenient access. The molle attachment straps are a perfect fit for the molle webbing on my tactical carry bag. The top of the section attached by the molle straps has two half-circle rings at its top from which additional items can be hung using small carabiner clips. There are also 4 columns and three rows of accessible molle webbing strips on the front side of the main pouch for attaching additional items with built-in clips, like a small flashlight, a pen, and a folding knife.

So many of these on the Market. Get this one.
There's a time to roll with super high speed gear, and there's a time to buy a pouch that's durable, effective, and not break the bank. This is that pouch. I bought a couple of these self built trauma kits for my go bags and cars. This does the job perfectly. Pad mounts tight, bag pulls off velcro style super quick.

Not good.
Might be ok if you plan to keep a couple tampons and a pack of kleenex in it. But once you start putting any bit of weight in it, the velcro "rip away" feature is not strong enough to hold it. I'm talking less than a pound, and it just falls right off. So again, maybe ok for dorks that play airsoft and need a couple spare tampons, but not usable for anything real. The snaps also don't stay snapped.

Good durable kit.
Just what I needed for my hiking backpack first aid kit. Well made and durable. Like the tear away velcro feature in case you need just this kit and not your whole pack. Enough space to hold all the medical supplies.

Excellent quality and great price
Very good quality and loads of storage space. The molle system allows for it to be adjusted for the bag to rest high or low. The pull of design is very good with a clip to keep it from coming off if it snags a branch on a hike. Very pleased with it and it was a great value at that price.

Ripped the first day.
I took a chance on this and returned it for a refund. I intended to use this as part of an aid bag. The interior pockets were paper thin and with light packing of medical supplies, ripped apart the first day. Lesson learned. Spend a few extra dollars and get an IFAK pouch that is well made. It also isn't real Multicam and stands out against it.

Would buy again
Snaps don't stay very well , other than that it's a handy piece
