Such a great idea, just not quite right
This is such a great idea for a clock and like other people, I really wanted this to work. I read problems about the hour hand but it seems like no one mentioned the minute hand. The circle on the end of the minute clock does not show the "minutes" number rather it covers them up when looking straight on. Who looks at a wall clock straight on, right? I considered hanging this clock lower on our wall so our sons would be able to look at the numbers at eye level. I also held it up like it would be hung on the wall and the minute numbers towards the top of the clock are visible through the little circle (between 50 minutes and 10 minutes) but as the hand moves towards the bottom, the numbers are not visible. Please consider retooling the face of the clock because it really is a great concept.

Best Educational Clock on the Market
I run a small school and was looking for a wall clock that would help young learners as they master the skills needed to read analog time. This clock is very intuitive. All of our teachers love the way that it highlights the hour and minute readings. The bracket really helps kids who struggle to understand why the hour hand doesn't point directly at the hour all the time. I have looked everywhere and this is the simplest and most educationally minded design. We love it!

Good training clock
It's a wonderful clock. The only problem is the hands are just too short and the numbers are not centered in the middle of the circles.

Helped Quickly
My six-year-old quickly began telling time with this. It helped him understand hour and minute hand placement. When he looks at other analog clocks, he understands where the hands are, and what numbers would be there. We’re not 100% fluent in analog clock; but we’re close. Lol. I bought a similar clock for his grandparents house and one for his aunts house. All very helpful.

Awesome learning tool for my classroom
Most of my students do not know how to read an analog clock. The look of joy in their faces when I explained how to use this clock made every penny spent worth it! As previous reviews have mentioned, the oval for the hour hand is not quite accurate when it comes to showing the number for the hour. Despite that, it’s still a 5-star product!! My 5th-graders were up and running once I explained how to read it. I am ordering one more for home so my kids can learn, too!!

badly designed, hands too short or BG too large, worthless
thought this is a great idea, what I received was not what was pictured. The background is either way too large or the hans are too small, either way, it destroys the idea where important numbers are shown. Here they are hidden or chopped off. What time does the picture I took look to you? don't buy this !

Wonderful clock
Love the clock, every house with a small child should have one. My four year old is able to tell us the time now. My only critique and it could have been a one off thing, the minute hand hit the hour hand preventing it from telling time. It was an easy fix, my husband removed the screws in the back and gave the minute hand a slight bend so that the hands no longer touched. Other than that it works perfectly, and I no longer get the constant "Mommy, what time is it?"
