I'm a light weight guy so i decided to go with a lighter oil. One jug did both of my forks; you might need more or less depending on what you're doing or working on. I've put on 1000 miles since rebuilding the forks and have had zero problems. The forks now have a really nice stiff feel without feeling too stiff or tight. The shelf life on an unopened jug is really long so go ahead and get two just incase you need a little from the second jug or mess up.
