It says that it will and I believe it should, the trap itself you never find water in after a rain storm so I do not foresee water getting in and ruining the lure.

This product is manufactured in Denmark.

Q: how long does one lure last?

Not sure. I just got it and are still testing. Dynatrap says 60 days.
