They were happy to prescribe retinol, and other face creams, but were cautious of online purchases of such. My personal experience of the red flaking and the red hot burns on my chin were lesson enough for me. To each their own experience; that said, I do wish to warn others that my personal experience was a difficult one that I do not wish on others.
