I’ve been taking this product for over ten years for joint pain and reap the added benefit of thick hair and nails that grow too fast. The nail part might interest some people, but at 68 I like the hair benefit. The down side was the shipping part. It was delivered by USPS which got the product from Kentucky to Seattle in one day, but the Seattle USPS distribution center can’t seem to get anything sent to the right place. It took 4-5 days from Seattle to go 60 miles north. I wasn’t too concerned because the weather was a factor, but when I tracked it I saw that it went to the wrong place twice. I’m kind of venting about that, but I guess you can’t expect anything else coming out of Seattle.

This is the only gelatin that I can find, and it seems to be of good quality.

For these being gelatin capsules, this brand too expensive . I purchase diff brand now. More product for the money, does same thing.
