This does not go on smoothly at all. The picture of the product shows it in a sealed package but it was in a box that was not even taped closed. Beware, this product is not what you are expecting. Horrible packaging and who would use a product

actually love the highlighter side
actually love the highlighter side, great for brightening up under the eye and brow, best, does not feel greasy or run like regular tube highlighters do. Wish this had not been discontinued!
