The bottles arrived safely and neatly, with an instructional booklet on the order of each drink, time of day it should be consumed and nutritional value of the contents for a cleanse. For those who wake up early in the morning, the 8am start might seem a bit late coming. I paired my first day of cleanse with a bowl of carrot soup in the evening as I was experiencing some fairly serious caffeine withdrawal. (The instructions warn that you should abstain from caffeine in the days leading up to and following the cleanse. Needless to say, I just jumped right in.) By day two I was feeling better, but I supplemented the fast with one juiced grapefruit in the midmorning. I also drank Clipper 'organic detox infusion' tea throughout as I found myself craving something warm in the mornings and evening. Overall, I was pleased with the purchase and would try again as I know the science is there to support occasional fasting periods for health and longevity. This facilitated the process for me and made my first 3-day fast really easy. I don't know how I would do the 7-day juice fast though, maybe only before a big event.

Really enjoyed drinking these, managed 3 days without eating just living off these. Make sure you drink a fee pints of water throughout the day, found myself clock watching for the next one. I could have kept going, but ran out of juices. I didn’t eat as suggested 2 days before the detox, but did afterwards with soups / nuts / salad food.Totally kick started my healthy eating which is what i wanted.

I actually bought this for my eldest son who has been through a few hurdles this year and has not had time to look after himself hence such a lethargic lifeless attitude. He enjoys these shots as meals have not been a stability whilst raising a hyper 7 year old son.

finished my 3days detox and i couldn’t be happier. I wish it was longer, I really loved the taste of the juice. didn’t even feel hungry. It’s worth every penny i spent on it!

Schlapp und müde habe ich mich allerdings nur am ersten Tag gefühlt. Ansonsten war alles wie immer.Nach der Kur wieder langsam und mit leichter Kost aufbauen, aktuell ist das Körpergefühl sehr gut!Mal schauen, wie sich die nächsten Tage entwickeln und ob ich weiterhin ein anderes Körpergefühl verspüren werde.Das MHD bei der Saftkur ist bei fast allen Säften bis Ende Oktober 2020 gegeben, also sollte man die Kur schnell durchziehen.
