Good products; Customer support BEYOND CALL OF DUTY!
I purchased this adapter for S&W M&P EZ 2.0 9mm. Installed it minutes. the only part that was tedious part is to center adapter on slide; I set a goal for myself to center it to 0.002" I know this is overkill.I zeroed Vertex RD sight and held it for more than 6 months about 300 rounds through the pistol. Still holding zero!What really got me to write this review is their customer service! I placed order for alignment pins, I was ambitious enough to remove RD site on range. Small pins went missing...By some error software used expencive shipping option. Even though it happened on Saturday, customer support took care of my situation and on Sunday it was resolved to my satisfaction!Thank you, Danielle!

Fiber Sights to Optic is Awesome!
I had an issue with my installation. After a few emails, I was sent a part and the plate sits flat on the slide and the optic zeroed perfectly! And I almost spent about $180 to have the slide milled to fit the Holosun 507C X2 series!Save yourself some money and get one for your gun!380ez with the Holosun 507C X2 series (got the red one with 3 different Reticle Options

Unlike last time the item was in the package. Right now looking at reviews of Red dots to see which one will be right for the SW. In no hurry to but one just yet.

It fit perfect on my Wife's Smith 380 and 9mm EZ
This product was used to mount a Holosun on a 380 and a Vortex Venom on a 9mm. I really like the product and Outerimpact's customer service.

Cheap quality
I wish I could recommend this item as its the only available option at the moment but sadly its just not a good product. The threads for the rmr style sight are terrible turn it 1 degree too much and the threading strips away like its made of playdoh. I can only imagine the other threads are just the same. On top of that the attachment point is not correct for a shield 380 ez as their is nothing holding it in but friction and the stock sights have a place for a screw that this does not have. Overall I imagine even if I had this installed perfectly one shot and the whole thing would likely disassemble itself. Not going to take that chance on a $260 sight
