All the hardware was open inside the sealed box. But not all there. Who do I contact about hardware?

Missing hardware!
Product showed up with no hardware or instructions. Now after spending $60 on 3 pieces of plastic, I have to go buy stainless hardware to install it. Not worth my time to return and hope the next one has hardware.

Works and pulls sled great!

No hardware included
After ordering a new runner set, I also ordered for slightly less, a “Like new/used” runner set that essentially had damaged packaging, which was fine, but no hardware was included in the box. New set is on one sled. Like new set needs hardware for the other sled.

The plastic bag with the hardware had a hole in it and some of the pieces are missing now.
