Our water tasted horrible. Decided to buy the Culligan US-DC3 direct connect under sink filter. Amazing what a difference it makes!! No more buying bottled water! Tastes great. I had a plumber friend install it so I can't comment about the ease of installation. For him it was pretty straight forward and didn't take long at all. I highly recommend this filter.

Easy to install

No more chlorine smell! Also noticed out ZeroWater filters are lasting a little bit longer.

I purchased the US-DC3 Under Sink Direct Connect Premium Lead Filtration System on Amazon on 12/27/22 for $100.99. I received it on 12/29/22 and didn’t install it until around mid-January 2023. In the middle of February 2023, the cold water started to slowly come out of the faucet. By the end of February 2023, the first part of March 2023 the cold water was just trickling out and only hot water was flowing regularly out of the faucet. I was determined the filter was faulty and was restricting water flow. On March 6, 2023, I contacted Culligan about their faulty US-DC3-R filter which lasted approximately 30 days. Culligan refused to replace the faulty filter claiming it was my water quality that was the issue, not their filter. It’s funny how Culligan knows what my water quality is without requesting a water quality report. Furthermore, I guess their water filter has a problem filtering water and may become inoperative as a result. I contacted Amazon to see if they would hold Culligan accountable for selling faulty water filter on their website. Amazon refused to intercede because it had been over 30 days since purchase. I will be searching for a new under sink water filter from a company that is reliable and offers excellent customer service. Obviously, Culligan is not that company.

The water is awful in Florida. This is so much easier and more convenient than filing up our britta pitchers all day. Amazing!

Water tastes great. No kore expensive bottled water. Put one under every sink

Installation was simple and easy to follow instructions. However, It does reduce and restrict flow through the cold water outlet. This affects and slows the cold water flow. Very frustrating. We added the filter to get rid of chlorine taste. When our pump was replaced. Reduced the chlorine on a cold water well until the chlorine was depleted when the new pump was replaced. Do to the water reduction inflow on the cold outlet, I will be disconnecting the filter. We do not have a chlorine issue since this is added during the replacement of our defective pump installation. It has been flushed through the system. Our well test concluded we have no issues with our water issues, safety, or quality.

Easy to install, allowed us to ditch our bottled water subscription! Very happy.
