How many calories per piece,?

it is 49 KCAL which probably translates into 98 calories. My husband was born in Germany so he translates that stuff pretty well. Hope this helps.

Fat percentage? # of Calories?

Crude Fast 4.0% (Min) ... Metabolizable Energy (ME) 2520 kcal/kg; 35 kcal/treat

Once the package is opened, do the rest need to be refridgerated?

If opened for too long, it needs to be refrigerated

Where are these sourced? Where does the beef come from?

Since this review, I have switched my dog to Nudges treats. I’m not 100% sure where the beef is sourced , I’m assuming the USA. Package states processed in Kansas. I hope that helps.
