Took 1 a day 30 minutes before bed time, it does help me to de stress, winde dowd, and sleep through the night. Small pill, easy to swallow. Does not smell bad or anything. The quality is good, vallue for the money that I spent. Deffinatly recommended because I am sure it does effective to ease the stress.

Works good. I’ve suffered from moments of dread and that terrible sinking feeling for pretty much my whole adult life and this turns down that volume. It doesn’t turn it off but makes it more manageable and I don’t find myself dwelling on that anymore. Just wish it’d go down in popularity because the price has doubled-!

This is marketed as a stress reliever, but I use it as a sleep aid and it works better than any prescription drug I've ever been on and without any nasty side effects. At first I was a little groggy in the morning, but that passed after the first week or so of use. By way of background, I was experiencing some pretty severe sleep disturbances that were costing me time at work because it wasn't safe for me to perform my job duties because of lack of sleep. I had been to several sleep specialists, tried all the recommended sleep hygiene as far as possible working shift work, and tried several prescription sleep medications. None of it worked worth a damn. I'd all but given up hope. Then I read about Ashwagandha in an online article about sleep disorders and decided to give it a try. I wish I'd found it years ago. And Nature Made produces a quality product. It's worked every night, or day if I'm working night shifts, since I started taking it without fail. The prescription medication would work for a night or two and then quit. For the first time in a very long time I'm getting quality sleep, sleeping through the night, and waking up feeling rested and ready for the day. This has really been a miracle cure and it came at a time when I thought I was out of options.

The quantity of the contents and size of the capsules seem to be small and faded, contrary to the actual images seen in the picture on the Amazon portal.
