Low sugar, relatively inexpensive
This is far and away the best flavor they have. It just taste like regular soda.

You can't taste the apple cider vinegar with my viewpoint. Poppi has great fizz.
I drank Diet Coke for 50+ years. I gave it up for poppi. I like the flavors orange, grape, and Raspberry are my favorites. I'm going to try root beer if I can find it. Poppi has that good fizz quality. You don't taste the apple cider vinegar at all and you are helping your gut out along with the probiotic. I just wish it was a little cheaper in price.

Helped to lower my Triglyceride level, but I just wish they were less expensive
So I can't say 100% definitively that drinking a Poppi a day helped to drop my triglycerides from about 175mg/Dl to roughly 120 mg/Dl... but it was one of the changes I made. I also started eating a greek salad with chicken breast 3-4 times a week for lunch... but between the two, I had a pretty big drop! Notes- - The elephant in the room is the cost. When not on sale (occasionally they will offer a 30% discount) Poppi's are expensive. I wish they would sell them as 30packs (one a day!) with some sort of significant discount. - I see true health benefits from Poppi, or at least I attribute them to Poppi. They seem help with any bloat I may have. - Definitely seems to help my skin feel healthier to the touch. Not exactly something I can quantify, but it seems to feel smoother/softer. Maybe I am off my rocker on that one. - I mentioned the drop in Triglycerides - Flavors... Cherry Limeade and Orange are by far my favorites, then grape (it tastes candyish) Doc Pop, Watermelon, Raspberry Rose, Root Beer... I find Strawberry lemon waaaaay too tart and the Soda is pretty awful. - I do worry about drinking them too late at night. They leave a bit of a sour flavor in my mouth. I am worried about my teeth. Even after brushing my teeth I still wake up with a bit of a source flavor in my mouth. My doctor hasn't mentioned enamel erosion...but I rarely drink a Poppi within 3 hours of going to bed. Again, I really enjoy drinking an Orange Poppi each day. It seems to have several benefits... and it actually tastes good. Other flavors are a bit more of an acquired taste.

Tasty!
The orange (and root beer) Poppi are delicious and house favorites. The kids like them. Apple cider vinegar is in the soda so be aware if you are not a fan of vinegar. But otherwise they are so tasty. Has some fiber too, only a few grams (maybe 3 grams?) compared to some other healthy sodas that have upwards of 10 grams of fiber which would be way too much fiber for me at one time. The only downside is the price, but it’s paying for high quality ingredients at least. I like to order the 12 pack from Amazon so it’s more contained, buying one can at a time at a grocery store can be a lot of cans rolling around and inconvenient to store. 10/10 recommend for taste/health it’s just pricey.

A great alternative to soda
I was drinking 2 Pepsi cans a day and wanted to find a better alternative as I'm not a water drinker. Not a health drink, just something that was healthier than the Pepsi. I struggle to drink water and wanted to find an alternative that was still carbonated. I decided to try Poppi. I tried some flavors that were OK and some that I did not like. I love the orange flavor and don't find it overwhelming like some other flavors and other probiotic drink companies. I don't think this flavor has a bad aftertaste. The 20 calories and 5 g of sugar is so much lower compared to Pepsi's numbers. I was happy to see i could buy packs of it. It is a little pricey but I bought some on Prime Day and will keep an eye out on deals. So happy to find this brand.
