The number of years I have had a Bible and actually read it thoroughly is disappointing. A friend told me about the Abide Study Bible, so I purchased it. Boy, have things changed!This Bible is a game changer because it is not only interactive, but it also explains chapters we can't always comprehend, in Layman's Terms. Highly recommend to new and seasoned readers. Love it!

I love that this bible has pictures with stories along with them. I love the questions that make you think and the prayers at the end of chapters. I would recommend to someone looking to expand their prayer life, and also someone who studies while comparing bibles. This was such a great find. Hope this was helpful.

This is a really nice Bible, the paper is awesome, heavier Bible paper then what's in most Bible's. It has in every passage of Scripture one of the following: contemplate, journalling, picture it, praying Scripture, and engaging in art, which is related to a passage of Scripture. It has 2 really nice ribbons. It explains why you need to come and experience God and how to engage with Scripture to get to know God personally.

I purchased the hard cover NKJ version. Such beautiful pictures, and the notes and journal prompts are great. They have been so helpful!I purchased this mainly for my "sit down, quite time" of reading. It has been a real blessing!

Nice little bible. Thick cover, has 2 markers. The side notes are really the best part because they help you connect with the passage and go deeper in scripture.

Beautiful Bible and well laid out for Bible Study

I really wanted this to be the one.I was sure that I would get great use out of the journal prompts and prayer prompts, as well as the art, but so far, I’ve paid almost no attention to them when I’m digging into the word, and they just get in the way of my margin notes.I also didn’t think it would bother me not to have a reference on the pages, but it’s not been my favorite.I will not get rid of it, but it will not be used frequently.

I was looking to get deeper into the word and this bible does that for me. It even helps me journal!! I highly recommend this bible.

Heard about this bible when I did an online scripture 21 days in John, I love that you have things to do Apart from just reading, it gives you insights and you have things to do on each chapter, it gives you small prayers and questions to jot down, highly recommend this bible
