Seems fishy...** A: Yes, the offering the product at a discount for reviews is messing up a good thing. I see a lot of reviews, I think people must love it but then my experience isn't positive many times. It seems to me when the reviews are in the thousands, those have been offered something, or they have asked people to review them and is not a reflection of them being better. I used to buy here due to being able to read the reviews and while I was here, might as well buy it here, but now it's not as meaningful as it once was, plus who wants to read a thousand reviews? **Q: Does this leak hot water all over your hands and the floor? I've had steamers before, but they've all been a scalding hot, leaky mess.** A: Just got it used it the first time today, and less than hour the hot water start coming out of the head do I turn it off. Is this normal ? Please advice... thank you **Q: After 2 years of use it stopped working and only front light turns on. How do I get it fixed? What’s warranty policy?** A: The Element is probably completely covered with with Water Scale. No real way to clean it. They say to clean it with White Vinegar .. zYou can't take it apart to see the The Heat Element. I'm sure unless you use Distilled Water only.,, The Warranty is void. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Game-Changer for Looking Your Best / Fast Delivery, Outstanding Performance *by on Reviewed in the United States June 2, 2026* I absolutely love my new PureSteam XL Steamer!I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this product truly deserves one. Not only did it arrive the very next day, but it also worked flawlessly right out of the box.I had several wrinkled clothes that needed attention before Sunday, and this steamer made everything look crisp, polished, and professional in no time. Throughout the day, I received multiple compliments on how great I looked, which was a wonderful confidence boost.A big thank you to Amazon for the expedited delivery and to PureSteam for creating such an excellent product. Fast shipping, easy to use, and outstanding results—I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!★★★★★ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awsome Lil steamer. *by on Reviewed in the United States August 6, 2026* After finally receiving this steamer and finding out that this steamer is very handy to have around the house. I have no idea why I didnt get the first one but amazon stepped up and sent a replacement , this is an awsome product. Thx ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1st unit leaked - received replacement which works fine, strong customer service. *by on Reviewed in the United States December 4, 2015* I'm not sure if I did something wrong assembling the product or what is exactly going on. But I received my product yesterday and used it. It worked as advertised and I had no major complaints. Less than a minute for it to heat up, pretty simple, the steam got rid of wrinkles and freshened up my clothes. All good, right?I turn it off and leave the room and there is a massive puddle of water underneath this product. I can't find any reviewers saying that they encountered this problem as well. I would like to know what exactly is going on and how to resolve it. My 3 star review is just a place holder, if I figure out what is going on and it no longer leaks it is an easy 4-5 star product. If I don't, it will be a 1-2 star product.Edit: I took everything apart to find where the leak was coming from. And as soon as water enters the device it begins to leak. It was like this when it showed up. After doing some more research on clothes steamers it is clear that this product is poorly/cheaply made and they gave a bunch of people discounts to write reviews. I've seen very few products with reviews this high and with each reviewer offering such kind generous words. I was hesitant at first but a $60 to get out of doing laundry, it was worth further investigation. Most of these reviews were written by people who received a discount or some form of compensation. This review was just written by a dude that hates ironing his clothes who got duped. Cheaply made in China. I would take a photo of a puddle beneath this unit, but I don't feel like cleaning it up again.Edit #2: Customer service promptly called and offered a full refund and a replacement unit, which is great. Except that instead of a replacement clothes steamer, I got a "Trym II - Rechargeable Modern Hair Clipper Kit". So after all of this I got a full refund and a beard trimmer that I didn't ask for.Last edit (I hope): So I called customer service and offered to send back the beard trimmer, which they told me to keep and that they would send me a replacement unit free of cost as promised. The replacement unit arrives and it works as promised, it's not the most high end unit and I wouldn't leave it out if my in-laws were coming... but it works well enough and most importantly, the replacement unit did not leak. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pure Enrichment PureSteam XL Standing Fabric Steamer - Professional Wrinkle Remover Heats in 45 Seconds; 1/2-Gallon Tank for 1 Hour of Steaming; Easy-Roll Wheels, Garment Hanger, & Fabric Brush - CINPIUK Garment Steamer Ironing Gloves Anti Steam Glove Heat Resistant Garment Steamer Mitt, Garment Steamer Accessories for Clothes - Garment Steamer Descaling Solution Decalcifier Packets for Mineral Deposits and Build-up Removal, Maintenance for Clothes, Works with all Garment Steamer Brands, Cleans Build Up, 5 packs --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/19051996-pure-enrichment-puresteam-xl-standing-fabric-steamer-professional-wrinkle-remover](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/19051996-pure-enrichment-puresteam-xl-standing-fabric-steamer-professional-wrinkle-remover) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
