Oh yeah! Get yourself some! We got AP flour that can do it all! I made some dope pizza with this stuff! Domino’s ain’t got nothing on me! Type 00 flour? Who’s she? Bread flour? Who needs that! We got our boy Galaghad (or however you spell it) & he’s up for it all! This flour’s got all the gluten you need! 12% if I remember correctly. Croissants? Done it. Cookies? Not a problem! Tastes immaculate? Came in great condition. Organic? Think so. So I went through 100 lbs of flour just from home baking sourdough and other goodies in less than 3 years. That’s like 165,000 calories! Holy gluten…
