This product satisfies my cravings for a French inspired appetizer. It's smooth texture is pleasing to my taste buds. However, it's pricey.

Taste like a Hotdog
I was excited to try something bougie like French pate. I like liver and liverwurst but this was awful. It was packaged fine. It looked fine. It's just my preference. It tastes like the inside of a hotdog. At least now I know what French pate taste like.

Bland and costly
Very bland and way to costly for size of can. Looks bigger in the picture of it in a persons hand. It did arrive in a timely manner.

Not Vietnamese pate
If this is Vietnamese pate, I’m Superman. Cheap hard mush of chicken and pork liver, very hard to spread and it tastes like nothing. What a waste of money.

Very smooth, very mild
As pate goes, it is nice - light and smooth. I personally found it to be a little mild, you'll probably want to have this as the base ingredient and then add something else on top. Pretty comparable to other pork liver pate I've tried. I don't think I'd order it again, but I'm glad I tried it.
