Strong band with great resistance
Bought this band for at home workouts and couldn't be happier. It has great resistance and I have used it for many exercises and stretches.

the problem with ordering online
For several years I have been using the smaller, more common elastic bands for my workouts. The two that I use have different degrees of tension that work well for me but one of them is starting to come apart so I thought I would try to replace them with your fabric bands. Overall the quality of your material is good but I am disappointed with the tension/resistance of the green and blue bands. They are too strong for me and unusable even for other body parts. The orange band is the only one that I can work with of the three. (Please note that I am 65, exercising avidly but will never "progress" to the blue band).

Not real exercise bands dont waste your money
These are crap. I've used them for about a week and a half and they're already stretching and wearing out. These arent real exercise bands they're basically an elastic wasteband for your shorts.

Nutze ich fast jeden Tag und es hält,was es verspricht. Es lässt sich super damit trainieren. Die Spannung des Bandes ist optimal. Nicht zu lasch, aber auch nicht zu stark, wie bei dem blauen (hab dies als Vergleich). Die Beschreibung zum Band passt. Es ist vielseitig einsetzbar.

Perfektes Trainingsband – vielseitig, langlebig und effektiv
Das 104 cm lange Band ist perfekt für mein Training geeignet und bietet mir unzählige Möglichkeiten, verschiedene Muskelgruppen gezielt zu trainieren. Die Qualität ist herausragend – das Band ist extrem strapazierfähig und behält auch nach intensiver Nutzung seine Elastizität. Besonders gut gefällt mir die angenehme Haptik. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Bändern fühlt sich das Material angenehm auf der Haut an und schneidet nicht ein. Dank der stabilen Verarbeitung muss ich mir keine Sorgen machen, dass das Band bei intensivem Training reißt. Die Länge von 104 cm ist ideal für verschiedene Übungen, sei es für Krafttraining, Dehnung oder Rehabilitationsübungen. Ich nutze es sowohl im Fitnessstudio als auch zu Hause und es ist ein fester Bestandteil meiner Trainingsroutine geworden.
