A good gift but some pieces are a little more delicate
Overall I found it was a fun build to complete during my free time. Some of the pieces were quite delicate and you have to be careful when popping them out and also when assembling but most of the more delicate pieces had multiple copies so it was manageable. I did have to glue one piece back together and the piece holding the steering wheel popped out more than once so I glued that in place but besides those two I didn't have any problems. It took me a longer time to finish since there were so many pieces but that made it more enjoyable and fulfilling when I finished. It's a great gift to give to someone who enjoys 3D wooden puzzles. I personally bought it to assemble it and give it as a gift to a relative who likes model cars and the like because it felt like a little more of a personal gift when I've made it myself and I think others would find it the same.

Jeep Puzzle
I enjoyed putting it together, but it is very brittle. I'm glad some of the parts had duplicates, that was good. When I was done, it didn't fit together perfectly like I had hoped. Some of the holes didn't hold tight enough, and others were so tight the pieces broke when I tried to put it in. It was fun, but I don't know if I will do another... I'm gonna think about it. Some of the pieces are so small I could not properly hold it. I'll think about it.

Not for first timers
It was a fun build but it’s not a first timer build. First, tools needed is wax, exacto knife, tweezers, finer sand paper and glue. The knife is to help remove parts from sheets, sand burrs off edges, wax for easier connections, some parts need glue but not much. I use gorilla glue but just a drop. The sheets have a lot of extra parts which you will need in case of breakage, and most important of all “take your time”, if you rush you will break parts. Replacement parts are easy to get but it takes a week or two in the mail. These puzzles are fun and are time consuming which helped during Covid and rainy days. Have fun and enjoy.

Take your time
First time building any kind of model. Didn’t find it hard per se, but definitely required patience and lots of attention to detail. I read the reviews before buying this and was worried that I didn’t have glue. I do however had xacto knives and the kit came with a sheet of sandpaper. It turns out these were pretty much all I needed. Put on a podcast and took my time being careful with the instructions, the only parts that eventually needed adhesion were the headlights, the other joints were pretty solid as is. I still have no clue what wax would be used for. The entire model was built on and off over the span of a day. A really lovey mode and building experience!

Beauty in wood.
My first attempt working with 3D wooden models. Found it relaxing and enjoyable as well as challenging and rewarding. The completed project was strikingly beautiful and was confirmed by all that viewed the finished piece. The level of difficulty was moderate and challenging at several points but with concentration and a little help from crazy glue attainable. The directions were a little unclear at times and took a bit to decipher which way to proceed. All of which kept my thinking cap on!

A good ideal that's fundamentally flawed
This is the 5th model of the MC701 Army Field car I have ordered trying to gather enough broken pieces to assemble a single model. The plywood pieces in these models are so prone to breakage, I have resorted to using tooth picks and a drill to try to mend broken pieces together. Obviously, I can't honestly give it a good review although I enjoy trying to piece these models together. I may have to purchase a 6th model of the same Jeep in order to have fresh new pieces of plywood to begin with. It would be wonderful if you could purchase single sheets of plywood, although they might not hold up very well in the mail, given their brittle nature. Sorry for the disappointing review, but it's totally honest.

Snapped piece. Couldn't complete w/o it
This was super cool I was enjoying it very much when some of the more delicate pieces wouldn't slide together and I couldn't sand them I tried to use a small delicate set of tweezers to make the opening bigger and thought it was working. I was in the process of trying to put the two pieces together for the 3rd or 4th time because I was trying to be very gentle and it snapped

Instructions easy to follow
This was a gift and the first one we did. So far we've done about 4 of these ROKR puzzles. The directions are pretty easy to follow. The quality is very good and all 4 puzzles have been sturdy. When putting the pieces together it is sometimes necessary to file pieces down as the edges are sometimes a bit rough. We have thoroughly enjoyed doing these. A very small set of files has come in very handy.

Great challenge and they are a great conversation piece.
This was the second model which were both gifts. Assembly of the frame of this vehicle is very hard and has broken a number of times. It would be great if the sheet of parts for the frame could be ordered separately otherwise it may not be possible to complete the model. This was not the case for the first model.

Very detailed
A very nice and accurate model, very satisfying to build - Instructions are VERY small, use a large magnifying glass to ensure correct assembly. Also do not be afraid to use a little wood glue now again to make sure small parts stay in position. Overall very good value for money.
