I love the concept of this product. I love that it is so much less messy than other dispensers. I love that it is hands free but... The product doesn't dispense as promised. It takes at least two try's before it will dispense the soap. This is a time waster and if you don't hit the light just right sometimes it doubles the soap dispensing. I am not going to get rid of it because even with these inconveniences it is better than the hand pump model. I just hope they keep perfecting this product until it works properly.

Bought two - the other one still works and the other died after 3 weeks - it leaked and I guess the liquid got into the electronics. I didn’t return the broken since I have thrown out the packaging. Hoping the vendor can just send a replacement.Other than that, the only other gripe is that it dispenses much more than what I would like and there is no way to adjust how much it dispenses.

Does what it's supposed to do. However, it doesn't dispense enough soap to actually was hands. I have to do it about 4 times to get enough soap to truly wash my hands. If I had to do it again, I'd probably get one that suits my liking a bit better and functions more efficiently for the price.

Not too happy

It's a nice product. Works well. Looks great. Major flaw is you can not control the amount of soap that is dispensed and it dispenses a lot! I used Softsoap (thicker) and that was too much. Ran out of Softsoap and had to use Dr. Bronners -- oh my gosh! So much soap!It's very wasteful the amount of soap dispensed regardless of consistency.

Looks great and worked fine, until just past the return date. Small amounts of soap dispensed, so you feel as though you need to get two or more 'servings' if you will. I'm super disappointed, because it does look good and I love the touchless feature. and Yes! We definitely tried to keep it alive. We rinsed it out, changed the batteries, everything we could think of to get it working again. It makes the sound that it is going to dispense, but alas, nothing.

This would be the ideal perfect hands-free motionsense soap dispenser if it would just dispense an amount of soap barely enough to fill a thimble and that's being generous saying that you literally have to wave your hand in front of this thing 5 or 6 times to get a decent amount of soap to wash your hands on top of all that mine in about three weeks broke and is set on some type of defect to where it just constantly just pours out all the soap continuously until it's all gone and then still keeps going it's a shame really because it looks really good and my bathroom and goes with the decor but I just had to turn it off and put it up since I'm too late and passed the 30 days to return it so at least it wasn't too expensive or anything.

It works pretty much as expected and the design is super modern. My only complaint is that it dispenses a little too much soap. 0.5ML would've been better for me personally and then I could go back and use it a second time if I wanted more soap. 1ML off the bat is a little too much for little hands. But I guess it's better to have too much than too little.
