What kind of applicator tip does it have? (I don't like having to put in on with my fingers)

You don't use your fingers. The top screws off and underneath is a tip similar to the shape of the tip of lipstick. You just squeeze the tube slightly and slide it over your lips. It's actually like putting on lipstick after you remove the screw top. Of course, if you're a male, you may not be so familiar with this.

Just purchased Dec 2020. My tube says Made in Mexico. Distributed by Beiersdorf, Inc Wilton, CT. Registered TM of Beiersdorf AG, Germany.

Does it work better than burts bees?

It has been working better than Burt's Bees and it soaks into the lips better than Burt's Bees. which always leaves my lips feeling greasy.
