The heating pad came quick and was packaged well. Very soft material. I was surprised at how soft and comfy the material is. It has multiple heat settings with a timer setting as well. So I can use it for my back pain when I go to bed without worrying about getting too hot at night. It heats up very quickly, and generates effective, soothing heat. My wife loves it, too so I will have to order another. Great deal!

I like it,and its real soft and gets hot enough for me and I'm telling my friends and family about it.Oh yeah if it feels like its not hot enough it seems like the more body weight you put against it the more heat you feel,and it feels so good now I'm about to try spraying it to see how that feels to..

I've had an electric heating pad for years that my daughter loves. I bought her this one and it doesn't get very hot at all. My pad is the same temp while being set at 3 as this one is at 6. It is incredibly soft though and the timer feature is nice. I just wish it would heat up more.Edit: The company has great customer service and sent me another heating pad. While it still does not get as warm as the one I have, which is a different brand, this one does get considerably warmer than the first one I received and we are happy with it. For the price it is a very good heating pad. The best part is if you have any problems their customer service is great and they will reach out to you.

This is only the second heating pad ihave owned, the other one is really old and does not compare with this one. The first 2 things I noticed was the soft velvety material it was made of. The second thing I loved about it was that it has bendable coil like structures under the soft material which makes it possible to wrap around the part of your body you are treating, really love this. Not only does it have multiple heat settings but has timer settings too so if you fall asleep on accident it will turn off according to the minutes or hours one Has set it for. I love to use a heating pad at certain times of the month when I have abdominal cramps and lower back pain and I'm waiting for the pain meds to kick in,and this got the job done. I was also super excited that the chord can be disconnected and the pad can be hand or machine washed.

What I love the most is the heat settings because it goes very high, yet not too much to the point it is burning. My back has feeling so much better. My only wish was that I should have gotten the bigger one, this size is good, but the bigger one would cover more spots. It lets me keep it on a timed session so I know Im not wasting electricity all night long, which helps a ton as well. Very soft material makes this pad overall great!

I’ve had it for four years and use it only once in a while. It just stopped working. other than that I loved it.

I have purchased two for myself, one to use and one as backup if I wear out the first one. This current purchase was a gift for my 86 yr old sister who suffers a lot of pain. She absolutely loves it! This heating pad is like no other we have had. It is soft and flexible, the cover doesn’t (can’t) wrinkle or bunch up. The heat and timer choices are far more than other heating pads we have tried.

I am very disappointed with this product purchase. At first it seemed to work as it should, the pad itself is soft and flexible which I like because I have a neck/shoulder issue and this pad can wrap around to cover the back of my shoulder, cover the side of my neck and the front of the shoulder. The first few times I used the pad it was at night/bedtime because my muscles tend to spasm at night when I try to relax and sleep. I would fall asleep with pad on then wake up several hours later and the lights on the control would be blinking or off altogether. I figured this was normal as I know heating pads will automatically shut off after a certain amount of time. When I used the pad again several weeks later I found that the pad would shut off after 10-15 minutes. Sometimes I would turn the pad on and it wouldn't heat at all and within a few minutes would go to blinking lights on the control or again, just turn off. I would unplug it, plug it back in and it would seem to work, but then shut off again within a short period of time. I also tried detaching the cord from the pad and then re-attaching it. Still the pad continued to not work properly. Unfortunately, since I don't use the pad on a daily basis, I find that I am past the period of being able to return it and am stuck with this useless heating pad. I am concerned that this pad has serious safety issues and will end up putting it in the garbage. Stay away from this product.
