I highly recommend these if your digestion is very slow. I suffer from severe gastroparesis, and these aloe capsules are the best thing I’ve used. I have tried everything! They give you zero cramps, and even though they work so well, they don’t leave you drained lol laxatives. They have zero taste, and they’re easy to take. They work fast, and very well. Sometimes I do take 2, for extra cleansing. I recommend taking them when you will be at home for a while, if you choose to take them at night you will be up a lot. To me, it’s very worth it. Unlike laxatives, which I feel are short acting, these keep cleansing for many hours. Very good price for 120 capsules!

I got this for general proactive health reasons and its been nice , the price point is good . They don't have a taste . the pill size is easy to swallow . I didnt experience side effects . The color is what I expect from a supplement. The main ingredient is aloe. It's hard to tell if it has been effective yet .

I purchased this in hopes of helping my IC (interstitial Cystitis) but it didn’t help- it actually made me flare for a day until I stopped taking it. I did go slow and took only one in the am and one in pm- but the flare was almost within hours - this brand uses the whole leaf of aloe plant using the aloin portion (outer leaf) which can cause triggers for some which I was one of those lucky ones that did get triggered. The other brand that markets strictly to IC only uses the inner leaf and gel which does not cause triggers. Try it because at this price it might help! Unfortunately for me it didn’t help- therefore 3 stars - The quality was good- I love this company for other supplements just not this one.

This is my favorite aloe vera supplement. I use it because I have bladder pain issues quite often. It helps tremendously and I can tell when I run out and don't get around to ordering more. I have tried some other brands and they don't work as well, especially the liquid gels. Those tend to make my bladder problem worse. I take the aloe morning and night and they work for me.
