Juice Beauty Green Apple Peptide Firming Body Moisturizer - 240 mL

No matter where you live, it's hard to keep your skin supple and soft in harsh winter weather, so I tend to prefer a heavy-duty moisturizer when the weather turns cold. I've never used Juice products before, but I have to say that this is one of the better products I've tried. It goes on a bit thicker and slightly greasy, but it absorbs quickly into your skin. I find that some of the thicker products feel like a barrier between you and the world, sort of like you shrink-wrapped yourself. Not so with the Juice...once it absorbs into your skin, it feels smooth and clean - not at all like there's a pile of chemicals sitting on your skin. Only thing I'm not 100% fond of is the fragrance...it's pleasant and lemony, but it's a little stronger than I like. If I want to smell nice, I'll wear perfume - I don't like my moisturizers or makeup imposing their idea of what smells good on me. Still, thankfully the fragrance fades fairly quickly, and when it does, you're just left with smooth, supple skin for the rest of the day. Your husband/boyfriend/significant other won't probably want to use it, but it's not terrible. Definitely worth a try.

When I started my hunt for the perfect lotion, I was looking for something with shea butter, vitamin C, peptides, and a mild form of AHA. I had almost given up, thinking I was simply asking for too much, lol.. but then I went to order some more Antioxidant serum from Juice Beauty & happened to see they had body care... & couldn't believe it!! It has surpassed all my expectations. It is so creamy, by sinks right in. My skin just drinks it up! It has gotten rid of the little white bumps on the backs of my arms that I get sometimes, and has also faded some sun spots on my arms & some freckles on my shoulders!! My skin has never look looked healthier. I just bought my 2nd tube & will continue to use this as long as they make it! I use it 3-4 x a week. In between shavings (I use a mixture of coconut oil + raw shea butter after shaving) but I have added a small amount to my legs after shaving & it doesn't even sting! I absolutely adore Juice Beauty, all of their products, ingredients & perfectly concocoted recipes. It also has a sweet, refreshing lemon verbena scent that is so addicting. I use it with the body wash & hand cream too!

I liked the product, but it didn't do what I needed. It was definitely moisturizing and I enjoyed the scent - it was very citrusy. However, I wanted it to help tighten my thighs to decrease the amount of cellulite and tiger stripes I had - and it did not do that. I used it for quite awhile, every single day and then eventually gave up when I saw no results. If you are looking for a nice lotion, then this could be good. But, as a tightening lotion? Not so much. It is also a great size for the price, very affordable.

The scent is very citrusy. But to be fair, I don't want to smell like green apple either. However the scent does fade, so I am pleased. This is seriously a miracle worker! I have had two cesareans and am on my feet all day long and it firmed my mom skin in a weeks time. I am small and active, so I believe that's why I had such quick results. This stuff moisturizes for 24 hours(I no longer need shaving cream). I suggest adding small amounts at a time in different areas because it is really rich. So rich that I find I hard to blend on larger areas. My bum looks lifted, my stretch marks are fading, and my cellulite is getting slightly better(not enough for me). Regardless if this product gives you the results you are looking for or not, it is a great moisturizer!

This isn’t a bad product, but it didn’t leave my skin feeling as soft as I’d hoped. It absorbs well, but I still didn’t feel deeply moisturized, especially since my skin leans on the drier side. If you’re like me and apply lotion daily after showering, you also might find that it doesn’t last very long. I went through the entire bottle in just over a month, which is much faster than usual for me. For reference, I’m 5’6” and 130 pounds (so it’s not like I’m covering a ton of surface area lol). Overall, it’s okay, but I’d prefer something more hydrating and long-lasting so I won’t be buying it again.

So this is my new favorite body lotion from juice beauty! I absolutely love the smell of this lotion and an added bonus is that it is a firming lotion. I don't know how well it works because I just started using it, but I plan to keep using it as long as the price point stays low enough for me to be able to purchase it. I love the line of juice beauty because it is organic and hopefully doesn't have any harmful chemicals, but I don't think it does I think it's all organic and natural! UPDATE: I have since found the lotion to be very expensive so I am looking for something just as good but cheaper. I’m hoping this will come down in price by at the least $10 bucks but I doubt it so I’m already purchasing another brand and saving a ton of money.

Best body lotion I’ve found. It doesn’t leave that greasy or sticky feel but still moisturizes well. Perfect for me as I live in FL and the humidity makes any greasy feel worse. Has a citrusy scent that doesn’t last long, so doesn’t clash with perfume. Didn’t buy it for the firming, so can’t comment on that. Love that the ingredients are clean. This is now the only body lotion I use. I buy directly from Juice Beauty because I can get this lotion, the body wash, and the hand lotion as a package deal for a discount.

This is a really good lotion! Especially if you tend to have skin that lotion seems to sit on forever before it sinks in (if it even ever does sink in). This lotion absorbs almost instantly and really does moisturize very well. However, on top of that wonderful aspect, it also seems to even out the skintone and I have noticed some slight firming (have not been using long). The scent to me is like a lemon cream scent and I find it to be very nice, not overwhelming at all. I highly recommend this lotion in general, but also if you’re looking for a nice anti-aging body lotion....The is the only one that has ever worked so well for me, hope it does for you too!
