Really improved my skin!
I've been using Himalaya Neem and Turmeric face wash for about 8 months now in conjunction with a few other face care/makeup products: Skin 79 BB Cream, Thayer's Rose witch hazel and My Beauty Diary face masks. I list them because I think they have all played a part in the visible and textural improvement of my skin, so I don't want to make it sound like this is the ONLY product which has done so. However, as a face wash it is now a must-have item for me. I am only just coming out of my teen years, which were plagued with pretty bad (but not horrible) acne, plus skin that was both dry/flaky and oily. Although I left my teens behind I was not able to leave my bad skin behind, and eventually became convinced that I would become one of those unfortunate people who have both acne AND wrinkles. Fortunately I decided to make a small investment in some new face care products (listed above), and in the past few months my skin has cleared up amazingly. Previously, and for most of my life, I used St. Ive's Apricot Scrub followed by a moisturizer. The scrub provided my skin with much-needed exfoliation, but also dried it out, hence the moisturizer -- which, oil-free or not, ultimately contributed to the oiliness of my skin. Which brings me to Himalaya's product -- it makes my skin feel much cleaner than the St. Ive's and also does not dry it out. After washing I wipe my face with a cotton ball dipped in Thayer's. This makes my skin feel fresh and also exfoliates and moisturizes it. When I need extra exfoliation I use a soft toothbrush while washing my face. This face wash also smells nice (to me anyway!) and lasts quite a long time -- you only need a pea-sized amount. I do still break out occasionally, but it's not nearly as bad as before and overall my skin is much clearer, brighter and softer. One thing -- I make sure to take my time rubbing it in before I rinse it off (at least 1 minute) so the ingredients have enough time to do their work.

Great Choice For Dry, Damaged And Sensitive Skin
I’ve been using this face wash for almost a month, I wanted to give it a couple weeks to see how my skin responded to it. Lather is amazing, you get a nice foam on your face. I have had no skin irritation and the strong turmeric smell doesn’t stay on your skin after (although it’s very intense while using it). It’s not a big bottle but I only use a dime size each time so I think it will be worth the price. My skin feels amazingly clean and refreshed after, there’s this subtle “cooling” effect. I have been on chemo (and other medications) for 5 years and my skin is horribly dry and damaged, it’s been a long and strenuous journey trying to find something that hydrates without breaking me out or making my face blotchy. So far I’m very happy with this product. I also purchased the Himalaya night cream moisturizer and love that as well, although I don’t use it every night. Effectiveness: 5/5

On day 4 of daily use for very oily skin.
Hard for me to describe... First let me say I'm 43 yrs old and not a beauty product hound. I have very oily skin at my T zone and so far I've never been plagued by ance, just the normal pimples and blackheads. But the oil, oh the never ending oil. So far it washes clean like soap does and haven't noticed (yet) any changes in blemishes and such. But the smell!!! Omg the smell! I read the reviews and people said it's not bad...ah yeah okay get your nose checked. The smell almost reminds me of heavily chemicaled cheap plastic (but the product itself doesnt seem to be cheap). This is no where near "pretty". My husband went to give me a kiss a few minutes after I washed my face and jumped back from me as if I bit him. It was the smell and mind you that I had no other products on (never wear makeup etc). I let my neighbors smell it and they both freaked out in disbelief that I would actually put it on my skin. The pro I noticed with the product is that a little goes a long way and lathers very well. Oh and it hasn't dried my skin out anywhere on my face. Would I buy it again? Yes, if it smelled better, a lot better! I wish I had better info to relay to the person reading this that has never tried it. It doesn't hurt to try it and it doesn't seem to be junk.....just different from flower smelling stuff.

27 years old/cystic acne
Have had gut issues for years which definitely contributed to my skin issues. Between candida overgrowth and leaky gut I was determined to make a drastic change both with what I consume and with any product I use on my body. I’ve gone all natural with my products but I knew finding an all natural face wash was going to be the hardest thing to find because of how difficult my skin is and how many products there are out there. So did some research and settled on the Himalaya Botanique brand. I’ve been using it for a little over three weeks and I’m legitimately shocked with the results. One caveat, I have come a long way with transforming my gut so that has definitely played a role but this stuff has done wonders for my skin. Right away noticed how different my skin felt after using it. Really smoothe, not too dry but not oily and it has a nice smell to it. A couple days into using it I had a bit of a flare up which I expected because it was a new product that my skin hadn’t experience before. That cleared up and I started seeing some real results between week 1-2. I use it on my face, neck, chest and back and my acne has cleared up and looks better than it has in years. I would suggest if you’re serious about this I’d consider using all natural shampoo/soap too because I think that’s had a positive effect all around. Anyway, definitely reordering this and am relieved to have found a permanent all natural solution for my skin.

Immediately reduced redness and lasts forever!
I love this stuff! Bought my first bottle 4/24/2019, and just about to order my second. I use this as step 2 in my double cleanse routine. I usually use it twice a day so you get a LOT of use out of it - a very small amount (slightly larger than pea sized) gives a great lather. At first the smell was definitely weird and I didn’t like it but after a few weeks I found myself really enjoying the scent. It doesn’t smell synthetic either; I’m big on natural ingredients - that’s the only thing that’s cleared my acne AND excess oil. I have some redness and this IMMEDIATELY calms it, I didn’t even realize that was possible. My only complaint is that it IS a little drying, but I have oily skin and as long as I moisturize after, I don’t have an issue. I would get the moisturizing version but I honestly love the turmeric, I can’t give it up! I’ve used higher end brands and this one tops all of them.

I've been using this stuff for about 2 or 3 years
I love this facewash. I've been using it for 2 or 3 years now. I chose it because I was searching for a facewash that doesn't contain cetyl alcohol (a.k.a. fatty alcohols) which is a moisturizing ingredient in many skin products but it breaks me out. I also wanted something that doesn't contain sodium lauryl sulfate because that dries out my skin. This stuff removes makeup and cleans my face with just a pea-sized amount. One of these bottles lasts me about three months (washing my face twice a day) so I consider it a good value. I only hope other people keep buying it so they'll keep making it! Update 8/2/17: As others have mentioned, they changed the formula when they changed the bottle design from dark green to white. The product used to be a thick gel - very concentrated and you could use a small amount. Now it is a thin liquid. I'm very dissatisfied. It pours out of the bottle (poor design) so you end up wasting product. It also seems much less concentrated before and you have to use a larger amount to achieve the same results. It looks like they only changed one ingredient from inspecting the old bottle vs the new one - a thickening ingredient. However, I also believe they use more water now and a lower concentration of the other ingredients.

I really like this face wash!
I was using Neutrogena Naturals Face wash and makeup remover, which I loved, until I found out it has Benzyl Alcohol, which is a known irritant and neurotoxin!!! How natural is that right? So I inmediatly started searching for an alternative and this popped up. I decided to try it. Well I really like it. It cleanses really well (although I find I need to wash twice to get all the make up off, unless I use jojoba or coconut oil as a pre-wash wich I usualy do anyway), without drying. My face is left clean, smooth and fresh after use. Keeps me clear (no pimples or black heads). And it doesn't cause me to break out on my jawline like the Neutrogena sometimes did. It does have a strongh herbal sent. It is not my taste, but it is not bad. I don't love it, but I kind of like it. It is very natural feeling. It reminds me I'm using something good for me, which makes me feel good. I'm really happy with it, and feel great about using something totaly natural and free of carcinogens and neurotoxins. So I'm sticking with it. The price is not bad either considering the quality and the ingredients.

Skin is beautiful
I wasn't expecting the glow and softness to my skin so quickly. After one use my skin was noticeable less oily and my complexion is more even than it's ever been honestly. The scent is nice, not overpowering and smells natural...and luxurious in a natural spa way. I use just a tiny amount and it does the trick, so I imagine it will last a long time. Exceptional product...especially for the price. Very excited that they do not test on animals. Thankful to find a reasonably priced product with all these benefits. I do follow it up with a moisturizing cream as you would do anyways. Haven't researched if they have moisturizing cream, but will once my current cream has run out. Highly recommend.

perfecto
Sólo llevo 3 días utilizándolo pero me deja la piel fresca y limpia, en la composición no he visto ningún ingrediente químico, así que le doy 5 estrellas.

Helped to end/prevent acne!
My favorite part of my acne prevention protocol. I've only used this to wash my face 2x/day for the last 10 years! Wash, dry and finish with a few sprits of rose water and that's all. No cream, no meds, no harsh chemicals. With an ayurvedic diet my acne stopped after 2 weeks and my face completely cleared after 2 months with no new breakouts ever since!

Love this brand.
It does smell like tumeric however it leaves the skin feeling fresh and soft. I still get the occasional pimple and this keeps my face calm and seems to keep it more clear than usual. This brand is great, not just for this. I also use the shampoo and soap. The prices are pretty great too!

Buon prodotto
Esfoliante di primo acchito, poi pulisce a fondo, Penso sia più adatto a persone con pelle grassa perché asciuga molto, in ogni caso basterà una crema idratante per il viso. L'ho trovato molto buono.
