Stellar Product!
Had I not purchased this product, the chicken pho I spent 2 hours cooking would have been a nightmare. It's absolutely delicious and not salty. It gave depth to the broth, as well as that signature umami flavor. I highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase it again.

It’s good
I don’t write reviews for 5% of the products I buy, but with this base and some spices, I make better pho than I can often find.

When you don't live near a resturant that serves Pho- This makes us just as happy!
This is a family favorite. We moved to a small town that does not have Vietnamese Pho. Our workaround is that we get a rotisserie chicken and debone it. Then boil/simmer the bones, garlic, ginger, and a whole onion for hours. Strain the broth, then add half of the Chicken Flavored Pho Soup Base and seasoning packet (There is generally enough for two uses since we are a family of 3). Once ready to serve, add back the chicken, rice noodles, bean sprouts, basil, peppers, and lime, and sauces...YUM!

Great (close to) restaurant flavor but extremely salty
This is as close as I’ve ever gotten to restaurant quality pho at home. Just make sure to follow their website directions and dilute it with enough water because it is VERY salty.

Not what I thought the product was!
Thought this PHO soup base was for smaller portions! This product can only be used correctly when making 2 GALLONS OF SOUP! Guess I will make smaller portions on the fly by tasting the soup more frequently! I will divide the sealed spice pack in the correct portions. Thanks.

Restaurant quality soup base
There is a local Thai restaurant that has excellent Pho soup. I wanted to try and make my own. I purchased this saoup base and followed the directions on the companies YouTube channel. My soup tasted exactly like the restaurant's Pho soup. I actually makes me wonder if they use this soup base?

Almost perfect
Great product. Only came with two spice packages though. I contacted the seller and was told I could not buy extra spice packs. Shame as the bouillon is quite nice, but the spice packs really add to the pho flavor.
